Every single time I go here (atleast 3 times a week) the service and food/ experience is impeccable!!! I have been served by patience, jack, Kay, they are amazing!!! Always serve with a smile even when the line is long and genuinely seem lovely & engaged every single time!!! LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!

About a year ago I went and placed and order and my drinks where not what I wanted. I complained and owner/manager did not care.
Anyway I decided to give them another chance and have been going back regularly for the past 2 months.
I just stopped by for the last time!!!! I made an order online like usual and redeemed some rewards I had since I’ve been going a lot. The person who gave me my drinks was annoyed that I told him my drink came with whipping cream. He pointed out my drink did not come with whipping and that I should have paid extra. I paid for whipping cream on my other drinks but on the cappuccino blender the whipped cream does come included, it does not give you an option to add whipping and pay more it only give you the option to take it off.
I’m also tired of paying for the larger drinks and getting less.
Your employees need to be better trained when it comes to customer service and need to look over the menu. I tried explaining to the guy that my drink had whipping cream
Included and he decided to ignore me and close the window.

The coffee has a weird aftertaste. I thought it was because I got sugar free but then I bought another coffee that was not sugar free and it still tastes the same. I can’t even drink it the taste is just so off. The people that work there are nice though, and shop itself seems like it runs smoothly but I just can’t get behind the coffee.

i literally love this coffee shop and it’s staff so much. they always put a smile on my face and consistently deliver the best coffee that tastes exactly the same each time (unlike every other place)
