Don't pay attention to the haters here. This is a neighborhood gem. Owners are friendly and provide quality food at really reasonable prices. Great perch and desserts. Always friendly service.

Amazingly great experience from start to finish! We've had SO many "meh" meals at restaurants lately, and it's frustrating to pay so much for "meh" food. NOT AT SHEPHARDS!! This was the best meal we've had at a restaurant in months, and the prices are very reasonable: the walleye, fish and chips cod, and Rueben were all out of this world good. The well Manhattans were excellent. Our server was super personable and knows the menu well. Excellent service, excellent drinks, and excellent food. We will definitely be back soon!

Have been to your restuarant on several occusions and was very disappointed with the fish sandwich which only had 3-small fish and the price increased by $4 .

Walked into Shepards's at 6:15pm on a Saturday. I stood at the front for several minutes, waiting for someone to either greet me or find some info on what to do to find a table.Eventually, after about 5 mins, I just sat down at a table, assuming it must be seat yourself. I was then ignored by every server and employee. No one seemed interested in even looking at me.Gave it another 5 mins, then left. Don't know if this was a weird night or something, but I won't be trying this place again.
