Starbucks regular here first time at this location. Girls servicing the counter had horrible attitudes tipped them and my drink was made incorrectly and I received nasty stares and unwarranted demeanor from entry to exit… thanks for making all feel welcome here!

UNBELIEVABLE. I placed a mobile order for a *venti* drink at 6:41 a.m.. I understand that there was an event going on at this hotel’s specific location, however my drink was not given to me until 8:20 a.m…. Not only that, but I was given a grande drink and told “they had to remake my drink but couldn’t give me the size I ordered” and also proceeded to refuse me a refund. For the high prices of these drinks and the almost two hours I had to wait, I’m extremely disappointed with this starbucks.

Very fun! I used to go here with my friends back in middle school. Very nice place, clean, good drinks and food, and nice employees. I have so many good memories here! I'd recommend this to anyone in the area

They have the air conditioner blasting and it's late November. It's so obvious they don't want people to stay because they are trying to make it so uncomfortably cold. My hair is actively blowing because of the force of the AC. If it's not like this all the time then I would say they are specifically doing it because it's comic con weekend. Whatever it is. It's too cold and I just needed a place to drink my 7 dollar coffee while out of town.

Simply my go to location. They are amazing and it's easy to order online for pickup. Makes the wait time even less. They are a well built oiled machine.

This has to be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! By the time the person behind me in line finished ordering, my order was ready! Super fast, efficient, and kind workers. Even though they were out of my favorite breakfast sandwich, the quality of my food and drink as well as the speed in which it was delivered makes it worth it. I loved the cute atmosphere of the cafe as well, definitely my best experience at a Starbucks!
