Saturday, 7:10pm, a full 50min before they close and they couldn’t make a Frappuccino because their “Frappuccino machine” was down for the night after being cleaned. What exactly is a Frappuccino machine? Don’t they make them in a blender? She did send me to the next closest Starbucks, where they close at 10pm. I decided I no longer wanted one!

My daughter and I stopped in at 5:47 pm on a busy Saturday night after a full day of Christmas shopping, looking forward to enjoying a couple of coffees, when the two girls working
at the counter informed us that they had already shut down the equipment to clean it because they closed at 6 pm. Where I come from, you don't shut things down and turn away business until AFTER closing time. We watched them turn several other potential customers away for the same reason. That's just poor service.

Baristas were courteous and professional! My coffee was made exactly how I requested it and even @ 4:48pm my coffee tasted great!!!

Workers are new, rude and not knowledgeable, they don’t give customers respect and enough information ℹ️ prior to order, you cannot use your Starbucks app to pay from your card or earn the rewards and cannot utilitize any offer. Bad experience and also not good siting area ; I once wanted to order frappe but worker denied just because she wanted to go away and close because of her shift and that’s rude !!

They can't scan the qr code to get your points, the little fridge where the milks are is just for show, it doesn't keep things cold, things are always piled up by the register and it is very hard to get in and out with a wheelchair, the workers are usually rude and act like you are disturbing them

They are almost always out of almond and oat milk. Maybe once a week I’m lucky if they have enough to make a non-milk drink. Bummer. ?

I went to Starbucks today inside the standale meijer and the poor girl was all alone and crying while working and nobody was there to help her. Bless her for working so hard she tried her best, but I cannot believe a company treats their employees like this. Shame on you

The barista this morning was so kind and genuine! A great way to start off the morning with a pretty pink drink & lovely service with people who clearly care about people :) Meijer, tell these barista’s they are awesome!

Went to this location in Meijer on Wilson AVE in Walker/Standale Michigan at 7:10 am 4/30/22 and they were closed. They have a sign open at 6:30am. I asked a employee and they said well someone must have not shown up again? Went to same location last week 4/22/22 and they could not make any drinks with coffee items because either they were out of product or a machine was not working? Can’t wait for the new location on Lake Michigan Drive to open because this location is horrible and I will not return.

Staff is nice. My order was nice, but the wait is too long and staff is not properly trained. Customers keep having to ask if their orders are being made and if their orders are correct. One customers order was wrong.

Good drinks. Location is convenient. But can Meijer build or reassign their employees that are on break or just talking to an employee lounge instead of huddling inside and not allowing actual meijer/Starbucks customers can not get in because its flooded with their employees.
