Went to my usual SB’s in Forest Hills Foods and was told that they were only doing online orders! She didn’t have time for walk ins apparently. WTH Starbucks!!!

Worst service of all time! I’d be embarrassed to be running this location! You took 25 minutes to make one latte! Shame on you. I’d fire every single one of you and start over period.

Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers. I travel quite a bit and my opinion is that this is the BEST Starbucks location I have been to. The team, the manager, the customer service, it doesn't get better. Great job!

This Starbucks is located on the right when entering the store. Located near the fine section of the eating area. It was clean and tidy. The baristas were friendly and kind, our drinks were great as they normally are.

Parking: Lots of spaces and spaces available for disabled permits.

The manager was very disrespectful and rude to me. I regularly get coffee at this location, and tolerated the slight demeaning comments regularly said by the manager to many customers saying to myself how she must be very busy and overwhelmed. Today, she was egregiously rude, and it was not busy. Bellowing at me in front of other people like I am worthless. I was interrupted, spoken over and decided no coffee is worth this much grief. I am glad to read in older reviews how she is equally “charming” to many other people. I do not understand her problem? I tipped a dollar on a standard coffee. I am sorry if this is not enough to be treated with dignity. Perhaps being rude is a technique for better tips?
