Wendy is usually the one working when I come in for my morning coffee, and she is the best! She is always so kind and friendly, and makes every customer feel welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for being the highlight of my mornings, Wendy!

Terrible that it took 20+ minutes to receive a cup of coffee. The barista needs to call names when placing orders on the counter, not a customer.I won't be back.

This Starbucks is located on the right when entering the store. Located near the fine section of the eating area. It was clean and tidy. The baristas were friendly and kind, our drinks were great as they normally are.Parking: Lots of spaces and spaces available for disabled permits.

Wait was ridiculous. Staff is too busy filling online orders and ignoring actual customers.

This Starbucks is located inside Forest Hills Foods, which is a destination go-to in itself. This one offers a really nice seating area and all the usual favorite drinks. The baristas are excellent- the one serving me today answered all of my questions and offered a great option for a half-caf iced coffee that was perfect. Kudos!

The manager was very disrespectful and rude to me. I regularly get coffee at this location, and tolerated the slight demeaning comments regularly said by the manager to many customers saying to myself how she must be very busy and overwhelmed. Today, she was egregiously rude, and it was not busy. Bellowing at me in front of other people like I am worthless. I was interrupted, spoken over and decided no coffee is worth this much grief. I am glad to read in older reviews how she is equally “charming” to many other people. I do not understand her problem? I tipped a dollar on a standard coffee. I am sorry if this is not enough to be treated with dignity. Perhaps being rude is a technique for better tips?

The service I have been receiving as of late from this particular location and barista has been unprofessional. She has been rude at times.

Coffee good. Girls helpful. Kinda crowded, but that was the awkward customers waiting on caffeine.

I shop here regularly and find that their produce is outstanding, as is their deli. I love that you can special order meat items and that they carry your groceries to your car. In winter, that's everything. The 4 stars would be 5, but they need to train their newbie butchers a bit more. The yellow tape to "fix" the bad wrapping of my New Year's crab still makes me laugh.

Could definetly do without a lecture on cost of their items. Need to charge extra for a pup cup? Fine, do it. Wouldn't have ordered one had I known I'd get attitude over it. "For future reference"... probably not going to waste money here again. Not sure if the older bossy one was actually a "manager" or just liked pretending. Handing items to people is also less rude then just flopping them on the counter.

Would receive 5 stars due to all the wonderful baristas here and amazing location that it is, but the manager can’t seem to kick it. She not only SEVERELY disrespects all her workers and chooses to avoid training new workers, due to her childish impatience that enables her “unable” to work with them, but she also drinks on the job and takes advantage of the business in many ways behind the scenes. She has unreasonably gotten away with a multitude of complaints that fly in from both workers and customers alike throughout the year. The company needs to finally figure out why she isn’t fired and get on it and replace her.

I've been to this location numerous times within the last year as it's the closest to me. In the beginning, I was treated with disrespect and felt like I didn't belong. Often times I go to treat myself for a positive uplift. One time I even cried when I got to my vehicle. As I returned and emotionally prepared, the service was better. Honestly, I my feeling is that you need to know what you want and be prepared ahead of time. Know that you can use reward points, make sure your card is loaded on the app and eliminate anything that would cause a delay. The less I inconvenience them, the better service I get...sad, but true. Since they are the most convenient for me, I have learned how to adapt. Who knows what is going on behind the scenes. We're all human.

Food and drink was great as always, but the person taking orders was rude. There's no indication of where a line to order starts and where people are milling about waiting for their order, so not cool to have the guy grumpily yell at you that the line starts on the other side of the pickup area.
