Always super sunny staff!! The only thing I don't like about Starbucks is their points program doesn't add up fast enough. I'm really not a coffee drinker so I go for the frappuccinos and fruity drinks, which are expensive and it would be nice to get more points any time I visit

Drive through fella had AMAZING energy! But wish they had a matcha bowl and whisk to do matcha right. Takes less time than steaming it to try and get it mixed in (a lot of time steaming it to mix burns the milk / this case oat milk, and leaves it clumpy still)

The fella at the window was great for my mom and I's stressful morning we had while I brought her to the airport a few weeks back.

I'm not even mad I'm just disappointed. This morning I stopped and got a peppermint mocha and a double smoked bacon sandwich thing which is my go to..... you guys charge top dollar and i part top dollar..... how do you not throw a few napkins in when someone orders food..... something so simple..... I can't even believe this is a thing.
I work at home and the folks at the drive-in window are sometimes the only people I will interact with during an entire day. Luckily, they are all very nice and very helpful, which gives a positive boost (and not just with caffeine!) Keep up the good work, Cascade Starbucks Team! 5 Stars +++

Very hesitant to complain but my last coffee was unbearably bad. Couldn't return it because well..... life; so I was on with my day. Fast forward to today, I went in to fret about my last experience. Elizabeth promptly, and with a smile, gave me a cup of coffee free of charge. Great service, professional attitude, and most importantly, friendly. Thank you for making my day even better.
