Terrible experience! They got our order wrong on all three drinks, I was fine with one of the drinks but needed two to be remade. The barista was really rude about it all. Even though my order was $18, a significant amount of money to me, it seemed she thought I didn’t deserve the drinks I ordered. At one point, while I was waiting with other customers, she pointed me out and said “I’m sorry about your guys’ wait, I had to remake her order!” I which I found to be incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and rude. I also never received an apology for my wait, only blame for the other customers’ experiences. I paid for this treat with what was close to an hour of my life via wages, and I expect decent treatment and the correct order in exchange for what I’ve paid. When I did finally get my drink, it looked nothing like what I ordered, included this disgusting unmixed water/syrup at the bottom, and was missing its cold foam. I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs, I wish I had just asked for a refund and left.

This place is a drive through with a small space for off the street orders. We got the Sumatra coffee, which was good, but our server seemed to want to be elsewhere. She wasn’t friendly nor did she greet us walking in which is weird.

Nowhere for my pregnant wife to sit while we waited
This is the fastest and most accurate Starbucks in West Michigan! I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, otherwise you may be waiting for quite a while. This Starbucks is so popular, ordering in the coffee shop will most likely require a long wait. However, if you do walk in, they will bump you ahead of the line as long as the online orderers are not in the shop to pick up.
My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese!

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Vladimir was so friendly and professional. My cappuccino was made perfectly!
I stop at Starbucks about everyday for the same drink love it Carmel ribbon frappe with 2 shots of expresso.
This has been my go to Starbucks for 4+ years.
The staff is friendly and helpful every time I go and always moving as quickly as they can. It is astounding watching them manage mobile, walk in, and drive through orders.
No different than any other Starbucks. They all seem to be built on the same design and higher the same staff of people. They are polite and friendly efficient. However I would much rather be at a Caribou Coffee or a bigBy's Coffee House.
It's JUST a kiosk. No seating. No tables. No bathrooms.

We needed coffee so we stopped to get a cup. Prices are outrageous to me. I won't go here if I can find another place for coffee. $7.00 for a cup of coffee with a little flavoring. Not my place.
Fast and prompt, good customer service, great job!
I was disappointed in the matcha latte. It was not properly stirred, so it had matcha chunks in it and it was not very sweet at all despite getting extra vanilla

Several employees standing and chatting while I waited 30 min for 2 beverages that I ordered online 20 min before I arrived. Did I mention NO seating? Too many other Starbucks options for me to revisit this 1!
