Have never been there will never waste my money

I wish this location would turn off online ordering when then are busy. Anytime I order to this location in the morning via app my order sits pending for 20 to 40 minutes and is not “in process” until I show up and tell them I am here. Then it’s typically another 10-15 minutes wait once it’s “in process”. I completely understand a wait when busy but it seems like the process for this location is to accept online orders but only make them when you are there and give them your name. If I’m able to order ahead, I don’t want to wait in store for 15 minutes, it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It’s happened to me 5+ times at this point and it’s just not worth it anymore

My sandwich is done 10-15 minutes before my coffee is. Sandwich is cold and I’m still waiting for coffee. App says 5-8 minutes coffee took over 15 little ridiculous.

Everytime I place a mobile order I end up waiting well beyond the time stated. Every. Single. Time. Place the order at home. Drive 12-15 mins there. Wait inside for another 10 or more before my simple one drink order is ready. Meanwhile the drive through has cleared out numerous times over. 25+ mins for a drink is unreal. This has got to be addressed. It's an unacceptable wait time, especially when the app gets the time SO wrong.

I stood in the Starbucks today for five minutes and no one greeted me. No one took my order so I up and left. I decided to go down the road to the east beltline one and when I walked in, there was less people working more people in the restaurant and they got to me in two seconds to add on the ones on Northland, there is a group of workers in the corner, just chatting it up and laughing when they could’ve came up to me and helped me

Terrible experience! They got our order wrong on all three drinks, I was fine with one of the drinks but needed two to be remade. The barista was really rude about it all. Even though my order was $18, a significant amount of money to me, it seemed she thought I didn’t deserve the drinks I ordered. At one point, while I was waiting with other customers, she pointed me out and said “I’m sorry about your guys’ wait, I had to remake her order!” I which I found to be incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and rude. I also never received an apology for my wait, only blame for the other customers’ experiences. I paid for this treat with what was close to an hour of my life via wages, and I expect decent treatment and the correct order in exchange for what I’ve paid. When I did finally get my drink, it looked nothing like what I ordered, included this disgusting unmixed water/syrup at the bottom, and was missing its cold foam. I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs, I wish I had just asked for a refund and left.

This place is a drive through with a small space for off the street orders. We got the Sumatra coffee, which was good, but our server seemed to want to be elsewhere. She wasn’t friendly nor did she greet us walking in which is weird.

This is the fastest and most accurate Starbucks in West Michigan! I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, otherwise you may be waiting for quite a while. This Starbucks is so popular, ordering in the coffee shop will most likely require a long wait. However, if you do walk in, they will bump you ahead of the line as long as the online orderers are not in the shop to pick up.

My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese!
