Starbucks

This is the fastest and most accurate Starbucks in West Michigan! I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, otherwise you may be waiting for quite a while. This Starbucks is so popular, ordering in the coffee shop will most likely require a long wait. However, if you do walk in, they will bump you ahead of the line as long as the online orderers are not in the shop to pick up.

My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Gouda, bacon, egg, and cheese!

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Vladimir was so friendly and professional. My cappuccino was made perfectly!

I stop at Starbucks about everyday for the same drink love it Carmel ribbon frappe with 2 shots of expresso.

This has been my go to Starbucks for 4+ years.

The staff is friendly and helpful every time I go and always moving as quickly as they can. It is astounding watching them manage mobile, walk in, and drive through orders.

No different than any other Starbucks. They all seem to be built on the same design and higher the same staff of people. They are polite and friendly efficient. However I would much rather be at a Caribou Coffee or a bigBy's Coffee House.

It's JUST a kiosk. No seating. No tables. No bathrooms.

We needed coffee so we stopped to get a cup. Prices are outrageous to me. I won't go here if I can find another place for coffee. $7.00 for a cup of coffee with a little flavoring. Not my place.

I was disappointed in the matcha latte. It was not properly stirred, so it had matcha chunks in it and it was not very sweet at all despite getting extra vanilla

Several employees standing and chatting while I waited 30 min for 2 beverages that I ordered online 20 min before I arrived. Did I mention NO seating? Too many other Starbucks options for me to revisit this 1!

Their stuff is really good but sometimes they can be a little bit slow

i have severe social anxiety and this is one of the only places i am able to order from, i am extremely polite and patient every time, because i know how hard and stressful service jobs are. but the baristas here are so rude and unpleasant (if they even acknowledge me, they NEVER respond when i say hello and thank you, or even look at me at all) im writing this review in tears after a barista treated me like a moron for not knowing how their internal systems work and then completely ignoring me afterwards. so rude for no reason, i'm sorry that i didn't know how things work on the employees' end ):

it's not just one barista either but several, though there are a few that are always pleasant and i appreciate them :-)

They don’t know how to make iced coffee with espresso. I paid for 2 shots of espresso and my whole drink was warm and ice was melted, don’t just pour it over the ice.

This location is the most inconsistent and when you ask for a mistake to be fixed you get attitude. Go to any other coffee shop instead. The only appeal is that this location is super convenient to go to because of the drive thru. Put a drive thru in the celebration location and this spot will close.
