When we received our iced coffee, it was almost entirely ice. Is this normal? At other Starbucks and other coffee shops I don’t have this use. When I went back to complain they were polite and added a little more coffee to the cup.
I ordered a grilled cheese and gg the barista was so friendly and also made me the tastiest drink ever. Sometimes I order a triple shot of espresso with just the smallest amount of milk but more often than not there’s too much milk in there. gg got it just right :)

This Starbucks is a joke. We all know we have COVID issues - but any business genius can figure out the concept of supply & demand!! If you’re a coffee shop located in a hotel you ARE going to be busy consistently so have an adequate stock of food. They were out of every food item and when the woman in front of me ordered the last banana bread they had - the attendant dropped it . Seriously what a circus!! Not to mention the 25 minute line to order essentially coffee and air! This Starbucks needs serious support!! When I asked the barista for straws for our tea she threw a handful at me...so...needless to say; if your staying at the JW Grand Rapids. Avoid the Starbucks at all cost!
