This Starbucks always takes forever to make drinks. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

This Starbucks is located in a food court between the 25 Michigan and 35 Michigan Street buildings so it services the hospitals as well as MSU College of Human Medicine and all the offices in between. This means it can get really busy! I recommend ordering ahead through their app, but you may still have to wait. I tried the iced lavender cream oat milk matcha recently. I ordered through the app but it wasn't ready until after the estimated pickup time. That wasn't a big deal for me, but definitely something to keep in mind if you're trying to grab something on your way to an appointment or work. This location has plenty of food options which is nice. There's a large shared seating area for the food court so you can sit with your drink if you want. I loved the lavender cream oat milk matcha - it was slightly sweet and not super floral which I appreciated. It tasted like Fruit Loops! A convenient location if you're in the area, otherwise I would not go out of my way to visit this Starbucks.

Unfortunately, I have some feedback for March 14th 2024, I received the flattest Feta Wrap with spinach that was so thin that it could fit inside my notebook. Like come on guys service was great but the fetta was poorly made....

Convenient Starbucks location on the Spectrum Health Campus in the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. We stop into this location whenever we are in the building. Delicious, consistent Starbucks coffee.
