I order the same drink everyday. This is the drink I picked up on my way to work it’s supposed to look like the second image, I did not have time to have them remake it… So I had milk instead of matcha yesterday.

Went to this location for the first time, terrible customer service. SIX baristas behind the counter, took them 2-3 minutes to even greet me and take my order as I stood at the register. Coming from a former SSV I know they’re trained to be better than that, but that’s what I got. After I received my drink I stood there again trying to ask for a straw while being completely ignored by all SIX baristas.

2 people working on Father’s Day at 12pm. Staff was working as fast as they could but 2 people on one of the busiest days of the week and a holiday is completely unacceptable. Management do better!

This little girl with blonde and black hair takes her jobs too seriously like she gets paid enough i got chips from fresh thyme no where does it say i cant eat outside food make it clear lady she also looks pissed all the time and she watches me and my friends like a hawk like how can i get kicked out for eating outside chips like make it make sense girl you would do the same!! anyways pls fire her and give her a two week notice thanks man!!!

Very upsetting I am a loyal when I say loyal I mean I drink Starbucks religiously I buy the at home coffee i literally live by Starbucks and I have my order I order everyday like I am an regular and I rarely switch my order up. So the fact that you completely destroyed my vinti white chocolate mocha is diabolical!! Completely despicable and the rude for asking my name.. babe my name is Jessica and I spend $16.32 everyday on 2 vinti white chocolates with triple espresso

This is not the first time where I have experienced rude customer service through drive through. I stopped coming to this location years ago for that reason and because my drink was always really watered down/tasted off compared to other Starbucks locations. I’m not the type to complain to have my drink remade but I did at this location one time and the same staff was aggressively rude about remaking it. I really wanted to love it due to it being so close to home but after today I’ll just stick to going a little out the way to another Starbucks location to grab my coffee/drinks.

I wish I had kind of words to share about this location, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I’ve been in the area for a while and have previously had great interactions with this location until today. I used the mobile app to order myself an iced coffee with pumpkin sweet foam in a Venti size. I live fairly close (about 6 minutes away) So I ordered it right before I drove to the location. When I got there, thankfully, it was ready, but I ordered extra sweet foam, and there was about 2 inches of room from where the sweet foam ended to the top of the cup. The sweet foam was also super watery and had already begun to mix with my coffee. Usually, this thing doesn’t upset me, except for the fact that when I tasted the coffee, it was really really bad. I am familiar with the taste of black coffee and am familiar with their cold foam. This is a drink. I’ve ordered in the past. I was shocked when it tasted so bad. I don’t know what happened and I usually don’t complain but today it wasn’t busy and I was tired and really needed coffee. So I went through the drive-through and apologized for the inconvenience and I asked them if there is anyway that they could remake the drink. I made sure when I did this that there was no rush and that I told them I’d be willing to pay for it, and I was met with a lot of attitude. I understand during rush times it’s really frustrating for somebody to complain about a drink and need it remade and I understand when it’s busy things get crazy and drinks sometimes don’t come out the way they’re supposed to, but I made sure it wasn’t super busy, otherwise I would not have had them put in the effort to remake it. After the issue at the speaker, I pulled up and they were very nice and they didn’t make me pay for my drink, but when I got my second drink, it was the same situation. The cold foam was super watery. It had just been made, and it was already mixed with my drink. There was about 2 inch gap from the top of the cold foam to where the top of the lid was and it also tasted very bad. I don’t know what’s going on with this location now I don’t know if it’s under new management or what but it makes me sad because I am no longer going to be going there based on my interaction with them today. I hope in the future when people ask nicely for their drink to be remade and apologize for being an inconvenience during a slow part of the morning, that they are treated nicer than I was today because that really sucked.
