I usually love this Starbucks! However last night when I went and got my normal iced caramel macchiato the espresso tasted burnt like and I couldn’t drink it :( also my boyfriend got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and something was off about that as well. Sucks because we ALWAYS go there and have usually great drinks

I go to this place all the time and even when they mess up my order multiple times . But the workers in there if yall don’t wanna work I suggest yall quit . I come in for a drink and some blonde was upset that the sticker on my order says white mocha and they used chocolate mocha when it clearly says WHITE . She gets upset you can see it all in her face just rude . Shouldn’t have ever came back after the mix up with my 2 doppio shots became hot chocolate . Won’t be coming back

The best Starbucks i’ve ever been to. The GM accommodates all your needs and the rest of the employees are right there with her. Great Store! I’ve been there several times. When I’m in GR, this is the only one I will go to.

I come to this Starbucks every other week for a coffee before work, and it’s honestly what I look forward to once I’m out the door.
The employees are welcoming, always in a great mood, and happy to recommend their favorite drinks. I can’t recommend this Starbucks and its staff/manager enough.

About standard for Starbucks.
- White Chocolate Mocha (Venti) - $6.84: I ordered it standard. It is lighter in flavor and boldness than the smaller versions (Tall and Grande).
- Service: Very pleasant and spelled my name right. My coffee was served quickly, correctly, and hot.
- Atmosphere: Light background music from the 80’s (or sounded similar to that). A friend and I sat in comfortable chairs. For an hour to talk. It was a little difficult to hear each other (6-7am) with people coming and going, but it worked alright.
Visited on a Friday at 6am.

Long waits. Only location I’ve ever been to that refuses to give a venti cup of water even when I offered to pay for it (with the purchase of two beverages). Zero customer service…will do everything to avoid this location in the future.
I don’t recommend this place. Despite always being polite and tipping, I’ve never received good service here. My orders are often wrong, and the staff makes you feel like you don’t belong or like your business isn’t appreciated. Definitely not a place worth spending your money.

Sat in line for over two hours almost ran out of gas that would’ve trapped everyone else the food the drinks are great but the service is slow and you can eat you’ll lose your job if you go there for coffee. I don’t know if it’s poor management or if they don’t have enough people or they have slackers working or if they need to hire more efficient people or find another way people stop for a quick cup of coffee shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours
