About standard for Starbucks.
- White Chocolate Mocha (Venti) - $6.84: I ordered it standard. It is lighter in flavor and boldness than the smaller versions (Tall and Grande).
- Service: Very pleasant and spelled my name right. My coffee was served quickly, correctly, and hot.
- Atmosphere: Light background music from the 80’s (or sounded similar to that). A friend and I sat in comfortable chairs. For an hour to talk. It was a little difficult to hear each other (6-7am) with people coming and going, but it worked alright.
Visited on a Friday at 6am.

I love to walk up at lunch and get a Mocha and a sandwich. It's fast, happy service and always worth the walk.

Long waits. Only location I’ve ever been to that refuses to give a venti cup of water even when I offered to pay for it (with the purchase of two beverages). Zero customer service…will do everything to avoid this location in the future.
I don’t recommend this place.
Despite always being polite and tipping, I’ve never received good service here. My orders are often wrong, and the staff makes you feel like you don’t belong or like your business isn’t appreciated. Definitely not a place worth spending your money.

Sat in line for over two hours almost ran out of gas that would’ve trapped everyone else the food the drinks are great but the service is slow and you can eat you’ll lose your job if you go there for coffee. I don’t know if it’s poor management or if they don’t have enough people or they have slackers working or if they need to hire more efficient people or find another way people stop for a quick cup of coffee shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours

Dillan at the drive-thru was amazing!! Chatted with us as we waited. Asked about our plans for the day and was very personable! What a delight!! Great start to our day!! We were the ladies going golfing! Thanks Dillian!!
It's a Starbucks. It's like any other Starbucks.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, we are taught the importance of greeting each/every customer. This simple act, tells each person they have been acknowledged. So I gotta say it’s pretty disappointing (also super awkward) when you walk into an establishment, identify 3 members of staff immediately (All completely available to perform this tiny task) and find that your presence has somehow still gone completely unnoticed. I’m sorry, not “unnoticed” because we’re not invisible right? But completely ignored. (Although there is also a GD bell that sounds when the door opens, in case I was wearing my invisible cloak at the time)
Now I understand there will be a missed greet at some point. Unfortunately missed greet=missed opportunity. It is hard to excuse, however, when I am literally the only customer inside the establishment. Not only did I have to seek out customer service vs. simply receive it.. but was once again ignored while reciting my order (left out last 2 items ordered) and again when retrieving it (making eye contact w/woman behind me in attempt to hand her my order) this customer had come in shortly after me and actually did receive a greeting. Which is odd because there were less distractions when I walked in and got ignored. Now while being tasked w/making 3 drinks I ordered, still made it a point to greet her. Now this isn’t something I wanted to make a scene about what so ever. I did still want them to know how the inconsistency in service I witnessed was quite a bummer. So I contacted them once I left and did not even receive an apology. “Veto” said manager was out until Monday and he would pass it on to her..”have a nice day” and hung up. Yikes!
I was once told by a client, who suffered from depression, that they move through everyday feeling so unseen/unappreciated. BUT after their interaction with me, could leave with their head held high and w/a confidence knowing that they had been seen. Our interaction was not even a lengthy one. It was personal, it was intentional and it was genuine. So acknowledging another’s presence does not take much at all. However to some, could mean the world! Gotta do better Starbucks!
