I tried to order an iced hot chocolate here and the guy at the drive thru told me that it wouldn’t be possible and he would have to make it as a mocha (but I can’t drink coffee). I’ve ordered this drink before plenty of times so I ended up going to the Starbucks down the road by Costco, who happily made the drink correctly. Just frustrating

I feel like my coffee rarely tastes the same from here and I order the same thing every time... it's super disappointing 😞 for as much as it costs I would expect it to be down to a science, how these drinks are made.

Your typical Starbucks. I'm not impressed with paying $7 for a cup of coffee that is extremely bitter and overly strong when I can get a far superior cup of coffee at McDonald's for a dollar fifty.
The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The people here seemed uppity and rude. The customers are no better.
You're far better off going to a McDonald's or a bigbys for coffee in my opinion.

Great space to get some work done. Wish there was more than 1 cozy chair. But clean and grear space to work. Plus side is that there were trees on edge of property to keep the car in the shade.

I'm a regular here, and lately, when I get my drinks they are half filled with whipped cream, or the order is wrong. It's always when one particular barista is working. She has blonde hair. The pic attached is of a venti and this is the amount that was in the cup after the whipped cream melted. It has happened often enough that I won't be going back there.
Do NOT order water here, the last couple months they have not been sufficiently cleaning the water pitcher and it tastes like coffee. aa friend who works at another location said this os the only way it would taste this way. So gross. I even asked a worker (who was so nice) and they said they have no idea why it has been tasting that way and tried to do one with no ice but it still tasted gross.

Lots of flies in this one, & keep experiencing inconsistency with my coffee I get daily, always tastes either burnt or like they didn’t put coffee in at all, I had to change the forest hills starbucks to the regular spot! They are always consistent , clean, & delicous !

Starbucks Are consistent in their quality of beverages and food. This store is very clean. Parking is plentiful and has easy drive through as well as in person service. I strongly recommend using the app for quick service. Pay attention to the location in the app so your order is placed.
