I was late picking up my order which included a Nitro cold brew, only to find out they don't prepare the Nitro until you arrive. Clutch. The Barista offered to remake my Americano, which I declined because that sucker is already strong enough. Incredibly convenient pickup location for your natural caffeine on the go!

I go here multiple times a week and it’s always very quick and they make my drink correctly (shout out to all baristas who mix the white mocha with the espresso before adding the milk!). Very fun and friendly staff and the store manager always goes out of his way to make any mishaps right.

I come in here a lot because I go to school in the area and almost every time I come in Alyssa is there with a smile already knows who I am. Everyone there is sweet and have wonderful customer service but it makes my day when I see Alyssa.

These guys are amazing. The store was short staffed and they were so kind to take care if 3 very large orders. They went above and beyond and were so professional.

I'm done ordering here or any Starbucks really. Twice ordering Cocoa from here both times poor experience. The first time I got the "White chocolate" which tasted absolutely nothing like white chocolate just basically like steamed milk. Not only that I had to wait 11 minutes AFTER arriving and checking in even though I saw several orders go from the received to ready and picked up on the order board while I was waiting for mine that I placed 5 minutes before arriving. And this morning I decided to try the regular hot chocolate AND again waited 10 minutes after arriving. Even though the young woman who I held the door for who informed the staff she had JUST PLACED HER ORDER the staff member said they would EXPEDITE IT and she got her drink 4 minutes before me. And to top it off not only was the regular hot chocolate WORSE than the white it was actually disgusting. It tasted like water with a little unsweetened cocoa powder mixed in. As if a 4 year old made it thinking cocoa powder was hot chocolate mix. I've had better cocoa from a GAS STATION. And while the staff is friendly in general I definitely won't order here anymore.

I mobile order here frequently and never have any issues. The staff are always super kind and welcoming. My drinks are always made correctly and in a timely manner. Parking can be an issue depending on time of day, but most of the time I am able to park my car and run in to grab my drink(s) without issue. Love having this quick option in GR!

Today I was looking for a Starbucks and got directed to this location right on the corner. I walked in and was expecting to order my items and I was informed by the front cashier that it was the only mobile order station in Michigan! I wasn’t aware of this information but the thing I want to highlight the most was the cashiers customer experience. I wish I got her name, but she was fantastic. I was in a rush for work this morning and felt a little bummed because I thought I wasn’t going to be able to order my drink in a timely matter. She went above and beyond to empathize my concern and put in an order for me. It was quick, efficient, and organized service and I was so impressed with how she handled my situation. I came in around 8:15-8:20, if there’s any merit that can be applied to her efforts to help me, please reward her ??My drink was a little less sweet than usual, it tasted a little watered down, but it was still great. They were also very busy with orders so I didn’t want to inconvenience their hard work.

I’ve used this location a couple times to order ahead with the app. While I haven’t noticed specific spaces to park for pick-up, I’ve always been able to slip into a parking space and grab my drink. They also sell gift cards for holidays gifts :)

Absolutely insane how busy this location was on Halloween morning! Madison at the counter was an ALLLLL STAR! She was patient, communicated well, and handled requests perfectly. Major props to Madison and the team in the back making the orders.

I guess it was cool. Not that I look for coffee to be cool. The people were nice and I really loved my drink. It's a nice looking place and the people were kind quite early. I'd do it again if I'm downtown you know again at 6 in the morning and not quite ready for the day yet

This Starbucks used to be really good with drinks. But the last two times we have ordered through Uber eats it has not been pleasant. Completely missed ingredients of drinks. The breakfast sandwich the English muffin was stale. Will go through bigby or sweetwaters from now on!

I have frequented this Starbucks twice a day for several months on multiple occasions I witnessed a particular individual treat certain customers in a manner that I viewed as being less than professional and accommodating which is what you may strive to be toward your customers, I spoke with the store manager about this and then it happened to me… the store was extremely busy and the cashier was handing out drinks I had already been handed mine and needed a straw I grabbed a wrapped straw from the container of straws that was well with in my reach and it was snatched from the spot it was sitting and moved with no words exchanged! With years of customer experience under my belt I see the situation from both angles and if a customer grabbing a straw isn’t permissible in the age of covid a simple I can get that straw for you would have changed the trajectory of this interaction… instead I will buy my 2 drinks a day from the Starbucks at the JW Marriott less than a mile away! I like to start my morning off smiling and I like to help others do the same!!!!
