I’ve always liked this Starbucks, but in my last visit the barista forgot to put ice in my cold brew, leaving me with room temperature coffee? I’ll keep coming, hoping that it won’t happen again, but Starbucks is way too overpriced for mediocre service

So, when Starbucks is inside of Meijer, staffed by Meijer employees not Starbucks payrolled employees, customers are not allowed to tip the employees which is disgusting and such an extremely low standard, for a company that pride themselves on standards. Absolutely no reason why an employee making a Meijer wage shouldn’t receive a tip.I had them throw my drink out and I went somewhere else. I don’t support corporations that do this and steal from their own employees. It really sad so extremely low standard for the employee and for the customers. And for what Starbucks represents.I was a bartender for many years and made $13 bucks an hour plus tips, Meijer should be ashamed, however is obviously very proud of their decisions.

I was in the bathroom 4/16 around 5pm. The barista came in to use the bathroom too and didn't even wash his hands.

It was really busy here this Sunday afternoon, but the baristo/as (guys and girls) were very pleasant and kept us updated on when our orders were coming. Drinks were very good.

The coffee was too strong for me, the seating area was cold, and this place is over priced. Parking is limited and I do not plan on returning to this establishment.

Anticipate punctuality issues if you show up at opening time. This morning a staff member waited in his car until a co-worker arrived, delaying opening by 10 min, told my husband an employee slept in.
