Closed 30 minutes early to clean
Waiting for my mobile order… finally asking for assistance after a long wait. The lady was rude and rolled her eyes. She said “it’s right here” loudly and rudely. It was the wrong size and on the wrong letter. I get it’s a busy airport but be kind please.

Busy location, super tricky challenge with time and anxious travelers.
I enjoyed a kind barista who made the visit enjoyable. This was in the morning but at end of a long shift for her. It’s a busy world but I appreciates the effort to help and determination to make it best possible.

Took 40 minutes and never got my drink. Told they can’t issue a refund
I’m used to airport Starbucks being unfriendly and slow. This one is the complete opposite! Even while busy, all the workers had smiles on their faces and were very sweet. My shaken espresso came out just like I ordered it and my breakfast sandwich came out piping hot! It’s also very easy to get in and out of and is super clean. My order came out within a few minutes even with them being busy!! Thank you Grand Rapids Airport Starbucks!!

Amazing customer Service!! Unfortunately i ordered too soon and had to wait over an hour to get through TSA but they were so kind and remade my drink because the ice melted 10/10

Nice Starbucks location in the Grand Rapids airport. A great spot to grab a coffee while waiting for your flight. Very clean. Nice selection of products. There was a long line, but it moves fast with plenty of staff.
