The lids on the drinks are nice, thought I was dead when I tipped my drink but the lid came in clutch and only 2 drops came out, 10/10

I haven’t been to Steak ‘N Shake in a long while, but I stopped by the other day. The quality of the food has improved immensely! The beef tallow fries are great and the burgers aren’t greasy. Overall, the food presentation was well done too. Very happy with the fast service!

This was the first time in a long time that we dined in at a SnS. The restaurant was clean and we were the only ones in there (it was before 11 am on a Sunday). There is nobody to wait on tables inside so you order and pay at one of the kiosks near the entrance. That was different but it worked. The food was very good. It was a good experience.

The staff was nice upon entering to pick up my order but after that it all went down hill. Now I see why this burger was part of the $5.99 meal deal. The patty was so thin that all I could taste was the thick bun, the tomato and pickle. I didn’t expect a huge patty but at least one that was bigger than a few sheets of notebook paper.

How is a great burger and the fries are always fresh and delicious as well. The staff there are very cordial and helpful.
I kindly asked the drive thru cashier lady that’s been there for a long time for extra ketchup and she rudely replies “you didn’t buy French fries why do you need ketchup”. She’s been working there for a while and honestly I don’t know why she hasn’t been fired for her attitude.

We are very disappointed in your order service, we ordered two different sandwiches. With fries and onion rings. Both sandwich was wrong. My wife ordered a double and recieved a single with all the wrong items on it. My order was just messed up. They must have a new cook that don't know how to assemble or tead orders. It will be along time before we go back.

The fries were room temp and soggy with a chewy (but slightly firm) texture, and the grilled cheese wasn't even cut in half. I just threw it all away.
