Very disappointed. 1st time being at a Steak and Shake. Dining room was dirty, floors were gross. Bathroom.... OMG how disgusting!!! No soap, stunk, bathroom stall was so dirty. I will never go there again. Kentwood MI location.

I don't know why places like this went all machines no human interaction no more food was great the staf was good my big thing is u can even get a refill on your drink and have to scan a bar code to get the soda macro work not impressed at all

I always enjoy their food. If I'm going to a fast food restaurant, it's almost always Steak and shake. The atmosphere kinda sucks, only because the tables are typically sticky and dirty. So are the floors. But what do you expect when you serve ice cream and there are always small children around?
Garlic burger for the win. Always.

Wow! I'm shooketh at how far this brand has fallen backwards from their original diner experience, they don't have servers, you walk in and put your order in yourself on a kiosk and someone yells your name to come up and grab your food. The chicken fingers came out a very dark brown color and I appreciate the staff for making them over! So sad to see this company and where they are at today! Good luck!

To the lady who was working the drive thru on 10/1/24 around 9:40pm you’re the nicest person ever. My card wasn’t working, and she told me she’d give me her manager meal and cover it, which she didn’t have to do. I really appreciated the act of kindness. We need more people like her in this world! The best customer service I’ve ever had hands down! Give her a raise immediately

Well I tell you this its not the same anymore.. went up to this kiosk to order our own food.. couldn't really ask anybody anything all I wanted was a burger fries and root beer float.. I don't think they make those anymore because it wasn't on the kiosk.. but it was great steak burgers. For shopping all day, we just wanted something good fulfilling and fast..??

I just had a horrible customer service experience. The MANAGER, Evelia, was working the drive through. When I asked basic questions about the shake menu, her answers were extremely condescending and rude. Her tone when correcting me about their shake size small being called a “junior” was my final straw. I thanked for her time and left.
When I called the store after leaving to let the manager know about this rude employee, turns out she is the manager…. What kind of company puts a person like this in a managerial role? I would love to be able to speak to her boss. I work in customer service and I would want to know if one of my employees was behaving this way.
