This was the first time in a long time that we dined in at a SnS. The restaurant was clean and we were the only ones in there (it was before 11 am on a Sunday). There is nobody to wait on tables inside so you order and pay at one of the kiosks near the entrance. That was different but it worked. The food was very good. It was a good experience.

The staff was nice upon entering to pick up my order but after that it all went down hill. Now I see why this burger was part of the $5.99 meal deal. The patty was so thin that all I could taste was the thick bun, the tomato and pickle. I didn’t expect a huge patty but at least one that was bigger than a few sheets of notebook paper.

I kindly asked the drive thru cashier lady that’s been there for a long time for extra ketchup and she rudely replies “you didn’t buy French fries why do you need ketchup”. She’s been working there for a while and honestly I don’t know why she hasn’t been fired for her attitude.

We are very disappointed in your order service, we ordered two different sandwiches. With fries and onion rings. Both sandwich was wrong. My wife ordered a double and recieved a single with all the wrong items on it. My order was just messed up. They must have a new cook that don't know how to assemble or tead orders. It will be along time before we go back.

The fries were room temp and soggy with a chewy (but slightly firm) texture, and the grilled cheese wasn't even cut in half. I just threw it all away.

Wow! ANA IS BEYOND RUDE! She just has a nasty attitude! I ordered 5 meals and was asked by a guy that took the order do I need a cup holder. I replied yes. Ana then came to the window and began handing me the drinks, I stated “I need a cup holder, I have 5 drinks” her response with her face curled up “I’m pretty sure he just asked you that” I said “I told him I needed a drink carrier”. She then said “ well I didn’t hear him”’ I’m sorry but what does that have to do with me, why the attitude and I had already been waiting 20 mins for food! Who is the owner here? How are you all in business? This place sucks! The guy stood right there and didn’t say anything and I’m just lost as to why she was so nasty to begin with! Sadly I get having a job is important but the way this place is ran, they should be closed!
I’m so over rude people and the fact that our money is valuable and we choose to support a place that acts like this terrible! She needs to be fired.
Don't bother to go there. It's 11 o'clock and they claim to be open there's nobody here, but there's lights on, I'll go to Culver's and give them my money.

I've been there twice recently because I was in a hurry and unfamiliar with what's in the area. I am giving it 2 stars instead of one purely because of this kind woman who works there. She has helped me and I'm very grateful. The last time I was in there I wanted chili fries without cheese. Another woman who worked there told me they didn't do substitutions and if I just wanted chili fries without cheese I would have to ordered the chili cup and fries separately bringing the total up by over a dollar, which is insane. Thankfully the kind woman helped me out. But I will echo what others say. Kiosk and scanning to get a drink sucks. The burgers are okay, not at all what I remembered. Unfortunately steak n shake can't live up to it's past nistolga. And I doubt this location is the problem, if this is how all of them operate, thr are all probably just as poorly received

Stake and shake is hurting. You order thorough a kiosk, pick up your food at the counter, get a paper ticket for your drinks. Scan and you get 20 seconds of drink pour, so get your ice first. Shakes were much smaller than I remember, and not very cold. I won't be going back, everyone there (customers) were unhappy and stressed. Staff was overwhelmed making them very short.
