“Typically very good food, Prime rib is good. I was disappointed however to realize my order total was much higher than expected for a carry out order. The prices on the website are incorrect! Please update your website or have the person taking orders warn patrons that the prices have changed.“

“We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long while. We've been missing out! Went to Grandville Texas Roadhouse yesterday (Sunday @ noon). Our wait time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (Annika) was attentive and genuinely sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super-delicious! We won't wait so long before coming back!“

“Went to the Grandville Brann’s on Saturday night after a movie. The burrito was good & the ribs were terrific, but the real treat was our waiter, James. Did a great job with our 3 orders w/o writing anything down & he was very friendly & personable.“

“I came into Logan's tonight with my aunt and uncle, our server was Ellie(Ally, I might have heard wrong) we got 3 Serloins, a couple of salads, and some veggies. our server was the kindest, promptest, and best customer service I've ever had. I WILL be back again! My steak was perfect (killed it) my beans and broccoli were delicious (smashed) and if I could have given her all the money in my pocket as a tip, I would have! 10/10“

“The waiter/bartender was excellent even though he was obviously crazy busy. My soup was lukewarm, but he replaced it and made sure it was hot. The potatoes in the loaded baked potato soup didn't have good flavor or texture. But otherwise the soup was good.
The onion rings tasted great but there was a lot oil under them so I lined my plate with napkins to remove surface oil on the breading. The batter and the seasoning used were very good.
My sister's steak was fabulous!
I don't mind sitting in the bar area except it gets a little noisy and distracting with everything going on (blenders, shaking iced drinks, the sports on the tv.) That's why I dinged one star for atmosphere.
Also, the price point is so high at Logan's now. It's hard to eat without spending over $15 on an Entrée, and steaks are even higher. There should be some cheaper entrees, even a special of the day price dropped by a couple of bucks.“

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.“
