Closes early. Their website says 10pm but they closed at 8:55pm. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. One star

Horrible! The worker was wiping his nose with his working gloves on. He didn’t ring my order up the right way so the manager re did it and STILL scammed me out of $5. Whoever own this insulting now is serving old soggy veggies and adding extra taxes and extra cookies you didn’t even ask for. They try to not give you your receipt.

Hesitant to try Subway again I placed an online order. Went to the location to pick it up waited 10 minutes past the order time at the window and was then told they were out of meatballs? Like what? They refused to refund my order because a manager was not available and would take an hour to arrive. I asked if they would just leave a note to automatically refund me and got nowhere except telling me I should just order something else.
I called back this evening and was again told nobody was available who could refund me, but maybe if I stopped by? Then as I tried to ask more questions I was told customers were in the store and they just hung up.
Wild. I’ll be doing a chargeback to get my refund but I’d definitely avoid this place as recent reviews suggest.
An employee named Raja is the single worst employee I’ve ever dealt with at any subway. The food is clearly old and the inside of the restaurant is disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re hungry to get sick and get awful service.

Take out . Hardly any meat on it mostly taste like bread, service not the best must be new owners it use to be a good place to go.
They were playing music that I don't want my kids to hear. Very unprofessional. They didn't make my daughters sub correctly, they didn't put a lot of the ingredients. And the subs were made upside-down, which isn't a big deal, but strange, and flipping food changes the way it tastes some.

I ordered 12 double chocolate chip cookies. Picked up my order, went home and turned out they only gave me 3 and the rest were chocolate chip 🙃 curse you for having such yummy cookies!! And then making a fool of me 😞

Quite honestly the most inconsistent subway location. Apparently there is a new manager/owner. They no longer accept corporate coupons, or honor their "subway series" sandwiches. Do not expect to recieve double meat or double cheese that you pay for. I get this is the Westside, but my gosh this location is just stealing from their customers.

Horrible customer service. What makes it worse is I placed my order via online picked it up thru the drive thru which I waited about 20minutes. Way too long. Then she handed me my bad sent me in my way I said oh wait I had a meal with a pop and chips. So not only did they almost forget my sides, they didn’t toast my sub which is specified on the receipt. I simply asked for it to be corrected, and or a refund.
She (the manager) told me i would need to come in for a return and or for her to help get in contact with customer service.
I repeated to her that I had knee surgery and it’s hard for me to get in and out for the car, hence why I ordered via online and went thru the drive thru.
I simply asked for a number to call and complain. She refused and said she would call the cops but idk why smh
So I sat there looking for a number which I never got because no where on google gave me a number to corporate or a higher person involved.
It’s just sad that she was the only person there to help and she refused to give me simple information. She wouldn’t even give me her name, the phone number or an email address to get further help.
I will not go back to the is location and I hope you don’t either.
She needs a lesson or you’ll get one because I’m sure her job gets to her head every time. It’s not even that serious. Just wanted a number to someone other than her.

The manager was very unprofessional and did not like that her friendly staff made a simple mistake. She truly took her position to her head and ran with it. It people like her that's just sad to be in customer service even worse to be running someone else's business. I wouldn't be surprised if the Fulton location lost customers just because of her alone. I know they lost me...
