This location is horrible. 3/4 of the time you go through their drive through they will simply not acknowledge you and either make you wait several minutes or to the point where you will leave because you’ve been waiting so long. They will also not toast your sub at times no matter how many times you ask or simply forget to put the simplest of condiments on your sandwich. All around this location sucks and I advise any and everyone to not go here.

I have never had particularly bad experiences at this location, but never good either. Today, when running on a tight schedule, I had an online order placed 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. As I arrived and asked for the order, they realized at that moment they had received an online order 20 minutes ago. They then had to spend the next 10 minutes making two sandwiches. If you are going to offer online ordering, you have to pay attention to online orders. I will not be using the location again in the future.

The three folks that were working were overworked and exhausted, but still greeting me with a smile on their faces and were kind and conscientious. It’s difficult to find good help and they are working their butts off so that we have the luxury of dining out. We need to appreciate people like this.

Me & 2 of my coworkers ordered online here today. First they told my one coworker they didnt have a foot long cookie so they had to substitute. Then they called my manager and told him they didn't have meatballs and next they called me to also say they didn't have meatballs or enough chocolate chip cookies. So I asked if the other cookie could be oatmeal rasin.
We get our orders, the sandwiches weren't cut in half, my other cookie was wrong and they didn't give us any napkins or my drink.
Would not recommend this location. Total garbage.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru at this location and everything seemed fine at first as they were very friendly and attentive to my order. However once I reached the window everything went south. It was a different person than I had over the speaker, fine; but apparently nothing was communicated between the two. I ordered a very simple children’s sub, with an apple juice (they asked if I wanted apple juice or Gatorade), and a cookie (again they asked if I wanted a cookie or chips). I was given a poorly wrapped sub, no drink, and no cookie. I was then given my sub, which was suppose to be a simple Philly foot long. Again, poorly wrapped and only a 6 inch. When I told the woman at the window I’m missing half a sub, a drink, and a cookie; I was told they don’t have apple juice nor do they give cookies for the kids meal. My solution was just another 6 inch rather than remaking my full sandwich, a fruit punch and a cookie (that they never do so “we’re lucky”). Also no receipt. How on earth was this a $19 order when they gave me a 6 inch sub and a $6 kids meal? It was awful all around and very clear they have no idea what’s even on their menus or how to communicate with each other. I will be going else where.

Ugh, Subway just made me the worst sandwich ever. The staff was cool, but they didn't understand English at all. They messed up my whole order. I went through the drive-thru, btw. Also why is the bread thin?????

I placed an online order and got confirmation of the order, my payment was taken, and I was notified that my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived all of the doors were locked and no one answered the phones. I have called this establishment everyday since to try and get a refund and they do not pick up the phone. I spent $52.

First... The food was okay. The bells kept going off I ended up having 3 people making food plus another lady interrupting it to do something behind them!! Then I waited to pay almost 10 minutes because the lady that kept going behind them disappeared so she could wash the toaster over. Let me tell you, I used to work at a subway (different location) and the toaster oven was NOT dirty to the point that it needed to be cleaned right then and there!! Then the person who did finally check me out kept rolling her eyes at everyone of the other workers!! I will NEVER go back to this subway ever again!!!

The people working here are just awful. We ordered subs from here as pickup through Doordash. When we arrived to pick them up, they said Doordash had picked them up (they hadn't). They later changed their tune about this and insisted that someone else must have come by and picked them up. They refused to provide the subs and no Doordash order ever arrived (unsurprisingly). No subs, no refund, nothing.

I Ordered ahead of time and food was prepared 20 minutes after the estimated completion time. I understand there could be staff issues or equipment problems, but when I arrived, I witnessed 3 other customers receive their food orders before me without ordering prior. Defeats the purpose of ordering online/mobile. I highly recommend others to a use a different location if ordering ahead.

If I could have given this place negative stars I would have we stopped going to this location because the food is always messed up or gross decided to give it one last shot and both subs said to toast (steak & chicken) neither were tosted and my bread was not even fully cooked definitely recommend not going here
