This is not how you run a Subway. There should not be a drive through with only 2 employees and a line of customers inside the store waiting. Both the women working were rude and made it clear they did not want to be there. The inside looks very nice and updated, too bad the employees do not reflect this.

The employee was working by himself so it took a minute to fix our sandwiches and people at the drive thru were just driving off

Walked in and before both feet were in the door the only person working says “I can’t help you today, I have to go to the bathroom and it’s going to take a very long time” and literally let me walk out the door.
Always understaffed and under stocked. Usually out of at least half of the ingredients.

WORST Subway I’ve ever visited at 6:45pm and left at 7:14p. Took us 30 mins to get 2 simple sandwiches made and another 5 minutes to cash out. The poor older gentleman who was working clearly wasn’t trained and didn’t know how to cash out properly. My teenage daughter, who works at another Subway had to assist him in cashing us out.
The other worker wasn’t interested in working or assisting the other staff member who was obviously struggling. He must’ve had a hell of a situation because , all he did was walk back and forth texting on his phone… Check yal cameras!
I will follow up with management for a refund. I missed my godsons game due to this. I don’t blame the older guy doing best he could without proper training, but management for either training or condoning this incompetence.

Terrible customer service and attitudes of the employees at this location. Placed a mobile order for a toasted steak sandwich. I arrived 5 mins before the app said my food would be ready and the sub was cold. After opening it the cheese wasn’t even melted. Since this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this location I brought it up to the employees working and they became rude, never apologized and resisted correcting their mistake. They finally made me a new sub and told me to make sure I note that I want it extra toasted next time. That would have been fine if they toasted it in the first place. Oh and they were also out of black olives and chipotle which I had ordered on my sub and never brought it up or asked if I’d like something else. This locations terrible customer service is why I will not be dining at this location in the future.

Just went and ordered at the drive thru, asked for pepper jack cheese and they gave me provolone. I also asked for Mayo and Garlic Aoli sauce and there was hardly anything on it, super damn dry. If I wasn't so hungry and almost home I would be returning it to get my money back. Go to the division shell one, always better.

I don't like processed meat, so that leaves tuna, egg, and cheese.. The bread burns my mouth like poison. Which makes sense because of the ingredients being non food items. So I had an egg wrap with cheese. It was ok.
The service was slow because a female worker was bad at her job. She tried. When I left I said.: "She is so bad, she is losing money for the owner. If I owned this place, I would quickly hire another person, and replace her, even though she is so nice and really tried. She's bad for business."

they had 3 girls in here screaming about not having cheese on 2 subs from an order that shouldve been catering and the employees were extremely rude and yelling back. there was a line inside and drive thru. probably wont be back to this location. we waited in line for well over 30 minutes just to be served as one employee went to the back screaming leaving the other one to deal with the the nasty customers and the line.
