Me and family just left we are regular customers there the on 28th and eastern the guys always have a nice attitude now the girls yall have working really do have an attitude problem never say hi just always ask what bread now the guys are always nice to us...get better customers service please

We're in the store, there's 1 employee working and the manager is outside having a cigarette, on her phone watching thr line and doing nothing. Just re-staff it or dulldoze this building

Don’t eat here I got food poisoning after having a sub from this location.
Me an my Husband was here at this location at around 530 today. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the employees at this location. Why I say this is because as we was walking in we didn't get Greeted we stood there as the employee was taking care another guest an she had attitude. When she came to help us she didn't say hello she just says what bread can I get you with a attitude and she was just piling our steak on our subs an the bread was stale or burnt it was hard. She then wrong us up an didn't say anything but out total an then took our cash gave change an walked away. I've been coming to this location for many years an never seen anyone have attitude like this. I work in food industrial an this was horrible. We now will not be coming back to this location. Get Better employees that like there Job an not employees that have nasty attitudes. 🤬

Stop taking it out on your customers when you can't keep standard things in stock. A little niceness goes a long way and you all look like you hate your jobs and hate anyone walking in the door. Management is only hard for those who are lazy and employ laziness.... if coperate reads these you should just shut this location down.
I’ve been 5 times. Never got my sub right. I Just sat at the drive thru for 10 mins and had to walk inside. Always out of ingredients. (My club didn’t have roast beef, onions, spinach, olives or banana peppers I asked for light mustards and I got sooooo much. Basically flooded the sub with it) Staff sucks. They don’t care. Overall an embarrassing subway to go to. I hate I had to give one star and at this point they deserve 0. subway better send a gift card for me to go to another location. They don’t care here. I work in the service industry and I never thought I’d write a bad review. Do. Not. Go. Here. There’s one at Meijer down the street. Do yourself a favor and go there. please. Not doing this for handouts, but I spent 45 mins at this place and I feel like after five times, I deserve a free sub.

Absolutely horrible experience! On May 16th I ordered food at the Subway at 750 St. SE 28th St. (located at the Park Lane Shopping Center). My pickup time was at 6:35pm. I ordered for a family of three via the Subway app. There were two women working, one seemed very anger. That empoyee was so rude with the couple in front of me. They ended up walking out as a result of a lack of ingredients, not to mention the snarky attitude. Next was me. Gave the employee my name and had order number at the ready. I was informed that they were out of a part of my order and that I needed to contact a number(???) to straighten out the removal of the fee, refusing to give me the rest of order. I even offered to just forget about the unavailable part of my order, taking the loss, but the employee refused. I went to my vehicle to find this alleged number, but went to go back inside after that app told me that the order locations was my go-to for any situations. By that point they had locked up! At 6:48pm?! I called the restaurant while at the drive-through window and nobody answered, but I did watch while that employee walked by tne window singing. I’m super pissed after this! As a result, I’m giving this review.
Worst sub I’ve ever had only put 6 half slices on the titan turkey it’s supposed to have 16 every sub in my order was short on meat cheese and toppings they didn’t even have half the stuff on the menu can’t even call to complain the number doesn’t work

Went there at 1, was told they were out of bread. When I asked when the bread would be ready, they said 20 minutes. Fine. I went next door to the dollar store and dawdled for 25 minutes and came back. This other girl said we are out of bread.
A whole rack of bread behind her told her lie
I said how long will it be? She said 20 minutes. I said that's what I was told 25 minutes ago. She stated the bread was 'hot' and she didn't want to. Ridiculous. Will not be back, they can rot
Bread not fresh, bread also not what I ordered on my mobile order. Staff member with pink hair cussing, not professional. Out of wraps, out of cheese
