I went to pick up my order at around 10:00 AM. The order was ready, but the employee did not give it to me until 10:11 AM. The employee’s explanation was aggressive and rude. I never encountered such behavior from an employee(lady) before. This was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway. I do not recommend this location. Thank you.

This guy had nothing but tomatoes and onions,no meat,only ham,.He literally threw my sandwich together with huge gaps of bread only.

This location has gone way downhill in the past years it's a sham. I don't even look to go there anymore. Poor service, constantly out of product. I will give credit to one employee she's always on top of stuff.

I ordered my food online and about half of my order was wrong. Half of my sandwich order wasn’t on my sandwich and my mothers flatbread sub was so hard that you couldn’t even bite into it.

Hands down Rosie 💕is the best worker there. She’s so sweet. She has extremely good patience. She helped me out when she was training somebody my food was made and wouldn’t say wrong, but there wasn’t enough on it and I called and she had me come up there and she remade them And ever since she’s been at the store. I now go to Subway. Thank you Rosie so much and definitely you need to be a manager or being a management position you are extremely qualified especially working at four different stores. I definitely hope the best for you and you’re gonna go far❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Also, I see a lot of people on here saying Rebecca is disrespectful. She was not disrespectful whatsoever to me. Even when she was busy, she was actually extremely kind. Sometimes I wonder if customers have an attitude cause you can’t make everyone happy. I work in Customer Service and sometimes when I read these reviews from people, I think OK what really happened😂
So I went back and Kaseem the New Employee recognized me right away after a month that felt really great. He has come a long way. He has patience. He understands what a customer wants so I beg of you as someone who works in Customer Service give us some time and patience Instead of being cruel and mean and angry all the time we try our best it is a tough industry, but Kaseem, you did really good this time thank you and I appreciate it.

I placed an online order. When I got into the store I was with someone who was ordering in person. It took five minutes for the woman to come out to the front and greet us. When she finally did, she looked at us and said to me that she didn’t start making my order yet. She then asked if the person I was with still wanted to order because they were out of a bunch of ingredients, then proceeded to list every single ingredient that was on the two sandwiches I ordered. I was forced to leave the store without getting my order, and the woman at the checkout did not know how to give me a refund. There was no way to get a refund through the app or help portion of their website. I went back to the store to ask the woman if she could cancel the order from there end, since it was their fault that I couldn’t get my order. She told me she couldn’t cancel on her end, but finally after like five minutes of me standing in the store looking at the app she called her manager. They were on the phone for a couple minutes, then she handed me a receipt that said refund and my order. I asked her how long it would take to receive the refund and she said two or three hours. It’s now the next day and I never received the refund. I don’t believe she actually initiated a refund or order cancellation. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

When will they hire a manager that can actually run this store properly? Every time I roll the dice and give them a chance, I ask my self what will they be out of today? Bread, meat or vegetables they are almost always out of one of the 3 and it usually for the sandwich I want and have to go to another Subway to get what I want.. just wondering how long before the doors close because it hasn’t gotten any better. Went in today for a cold cut and once again they were out of cold cut…. But wait he listed off 3 other options they were out of turkey being the only other option I remember. Dear corporate or owners fix your management problems please

Bad! Take out order sandwich was missing ingredients, old, stale bread. Won't be returning.
They never have tuna. They never have certain ingredients on their menu. They don’t change it on their DoorDash website either.

Worst service ever. Employee behind the counter very argumentative, condescending, and rude. Store ran out of lettuce. Poorly managed. Go ahead and close this location. Service date was 5/22/25 at 6 pm. If I could rate negative stars, I certainly would. Extremely unprofessional.

I came in with a friend to get a sandwich and the girl working barely put any of my rotisserie chicken on there. Listen I get portioning can be hard but I literally work at another subway. On top of that there was a weird plastic piece in my sandwich and I almost broke a tooth.
The lady working is prioritizing walk ins over online orders. Waited for half hour with my online order in while the worker would stop building my sandwich to take people who just walked through the door. Will think twice about ordering again at this location.
Update, there was only about an ounce of avacado on half of each side of my foot long that I waited a half hour for so I went back inside. She threw it on, practically missing the entire sandwich and said “there goes my profit margin, thanks a lot.” I paid nearly 3$ for that avacado… and waited a half hour while I watched her complain that “I guess everyone wants subway all of the sudden” while pushing my half made sub off to the side…
Would give it a zero star on service if possible
This restaurant purposefully does not have meatball subs more than 50% of the time. They do this because their profit margin on meatballs is lower than other subs. You can order one and wait 30 min, but when you get there they will tell you, “Sorry, we don’t have any today.” This business is purposefully not offering a full menu in order to save a few dollars. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Owners should be looked into by corporate.
Door Dash delivered wrong order. Store won't answer phone. Left Door Dash messages. No response.
Ordered my food 40 mins in advance to come pick up & they didn't have any of the bread we wanted and didn't bother to let me know. I had to get there to find out and beyond upset! Don't go to this location. It's gone downhill fast!
