Worst service ever. Employee behind the counter very argumentative, condescending, and rude. Store ran out of lettuce. Poorly managed. Go ahead and close this location. Service date was 5/22/25 at 6 pm. If I could rate negative stars, I certainly would. Extremely unprofessional.

I came in with a friend to get a sandwich and the girl working barely put any of my rotisserie chicken on there. Listen I get portioning can be hard but I literally work at another subway. On top of that there was a weird plastic piece in my sandwich and I almost broke a tooth.

The lady working is prioritizing walk ins over online orders. Waited for half hour with my online order in while the worker would stop building my sandwich to take people who just walked through the door. Will think twice about ordering again at this location.
Update, there was only about an ounce of avacado on half of each side of my foot long that I waited a half hour for so I went back inside. She threw it on, practically missing the entire sandwich and said “there goes my profit margin, thanks a lot.” I paid nearly 3$ for that avacado… and waited a half hour while I watched her complain that “I guess everyone wants subway all of the sudden” while pushing my half made sub off to the side…
Would give it a zero star on service if possible

This restaurant purposefully does not have meatball subs more than 50% of the time. They do this because their profit margin on meatballs is lower than other subs. You can order one and wait 30 min, but when you get there they will tell you, “Sorry, we don’t have any today.” This business is purposefully not offering a full menu in order to save a few dollars. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Owners should be looked into by corporate.

Ordered my food 40 mins in advance to come pick up & they didn't have any of the bread we wanted and didn't bother to let me know. I had to get there to find out and beyond upset! Don't go to this location. It's gone downhill fast!

Had two subs ordered on the app. Both came with hardly any toppings, even some were missing. The worker felt like 3 pieces of small cut chicken was enough for a for a full sub. Ridiculous rip off

I went with three people in front of me and it took around 45 minutes for me to get my food. The only worker seemed to be very bored and didn't care at all. There was also some random person who was standing behind him looking at his phone. I thought maybe he was being trained but I felt like he was a buddy just hanging out.

Avoid, not recommended. Slow, dirty, inaccurate orders, long waits, the list goes on.

The young man that made our sub either didn't speak and understand English or just didn't care. They were out of some topping or he didn't want to restock. The veggies that were in the back of case were frozen They needed to restock most of the store.

Whoever this older woman is she needs to be fired. Ordered a mobile order for pickup. Asked if she heated the bacon up and she says ‘I think so but I’m an airhead’. Like what?! Then I come home and my sandwich is a mess. Wrapped up had mayo on the outside. It was so bad that you can tell she picked up a gob of each item and just threw it on the bread. I’ll never be back. I had to heat my own bacon up at home. Wow. They better do something about this place and the little Caesars next to it. Both are disgraceful.

The owner of this location really needs to work on how to make their employees happy. Everytime I walk in this place, if feel like I am not welcome. They seem like they really hate their job. Most of the time it is only one person working and they get overloaded. If you want customers to come back then this needs to be addressed. Get them more help, pay them more? I will not be returning to this location for a while if ever.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I placed a mobile order on 9/29/24. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and the lady working was rude and refused to acknowledge or make my order. I told her I was there for a pickup order and all she said was my order was cancelled and she was closed. She did nothing to help me at all and continued to tell me my order was canceled. I was still charged and app still shows my order went through. Terrible customer service and there’s always out of food. This issue wasn’t the first time this happened to us and they seem to always be out of food. I will not be back.
