Whoever this older woman is she needs to be fired. Ordered a mobile order for pickup. Asked if she heated the bacon up and she says ‘I think so but I’m an airhead’. Like what?! Then I come home and my sandwich is a mess. Wrapped up had mayo on the outside. It was so bad that you can tell she picked up a gob of each item and just threw it on the bread. I’ll never be back. I had to heat my own bacon up at home. Wow. They better do something about this place and the little Caesars next to it. Both are disgraceful.

The owner of this location really needs to work on how to make their employees happy. Everytime I walk in this place, if feel like I am not welcome. They seem like they really hate their job. Most of the time it is only one person working and they get overloaded. If you want customers to come back then this needs to be addressed. Get them more help, pay them more? I will not be returning to this location for a while if ever.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I placed a mobile order on 9/29/24. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and the lady working was rude and refused to acknowledge or make my order. I told her I was there for a pickup order and all she said was my order was cancelled and she was closed. She did nothing to help me at all and continued to tell me my order was canceled. I was still charged and app still shows my order went through. Terrible customer service and there’s always out of food. This issue wasn’t the first time this happened to us and they seem to always be out of food. I will not be back.

The store is closed half the time during business hours. Often running out of items mid day. Customer service here just doesn't exist. Hygiene practices do not appear to be maintained.

This was the worst sandwich ever. I asked for a power bowl and got a sandwich. Then I asked for it to have grilled chicken and it had shredded chicken. I also asked for honey mustard and Baja chipotle and there was no dressing.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Make sure you stop by on the later half of the week though, inventory may be low at the start of the week leaving less options to pick from. Overall they worked with me and got me alternative selections.

I don't know what it is about subway. This was the first time placing a pick up order, and of course it was messed up. They were out of half the chips and half the drinks, fine. But when you're only ordering only 4 ingredients on a sandwich and one is missing, it makes a huge difference. They didn't give me cheese and didn't toast my sandwich. My hopes weren't high to begin with but, as usual, they still came up short.

this was absolutely horrible. i have never ever seen any food place with this bad of service. our order took almost 30 minutes to get 3 subs. absolutely ridiculous. they were also out of pretty much everything you can imagine. they were out of bags, mayo in a packet, provolone and mozzarella’s cheese, and much more. there was also a loud beeping noise that was very hard to order and have to listen to that. and for the person that did our order had to read off of the menu what was on a turkey sub. like how do you not know there’s turkey on a turkey sub. and for the other person that was just sitting around and eating they were very unprofessional and very rude. if i were you i would never eat there because it’ll take 2x the amount of time it should take, be very mediocre food, and get nothing that you want because they have absolute nothing that a normal subway has.

This was the worst subway store I've been to out of stock on a few things peper jack cheese green pepper and tomato and the guy behind the counter argued about melting cheese on the meat without toasting it will.never go to this store again

Been here several times and each time something was out of stock, or something was made wrong. When I ordered online and went to eat my 2 sandwiches, both were missing items, and made incorrectly. Tried calling to try and solve the issue but the phone was disconnected and calls would not go through. Sent an email and got a weird/snarky remark back. Go elsewhere

Kid Eli was stressed and bipolar. He jus lied to me when i literally talked to him on the phone and lied to my face 20 mins after. Teenagers get distracted too easily these days and guess what they got my online order wrong and I waited 30 mins after my online eta. Kids smh
