Ordered 12inch sandwich and he put absolutely no meat on my sandwich then forgot to cut it which is no big deal they were busy and short staffed, but I order and sandwich with meat and practically got a vegetarian sub. In the picture I have with this u can seee how little of amount of meat I got. And all the tables when I went to sit down were dirty.

Usually I don’t mind this place. Not a huge subway guy but I’ll order it occasionally. This time was the last time. I ordered a Meatball foot long sub. What I got a 1/2 sub With one single meat ball in it and hardly any sauce. When I say hardly any sauce I mean like no sauce lol and it wasn’t even a full meatball!!

New review:When the guys are working, they are so nice and wonderful with customer service!Today, the 2 gals working, which were clearly on a break when I got there (eating out at the tables), seemed a little annoyed they had to get up and work when I responded “no” to “pick up order”.I asked how much extra for extra meat - but not double: Girl #1 (which really wasn’t bad at all) said $2.00. I said ok and she packed on the extra meat. AFTER she added my cheese, Girl #2 said it would actually be $3 extra. When I mentioned she should really do the $2 since that was what was said and it was too late, Girl #2 just shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something.I know…it’s just 1 Dollar BUT principal and customer service matters!!Jimmy John’s next time…

Bad experience, was told to order online after being locked out of the store. Ordered online and then they couldn't complete a 1 sub order. Has gone downhill, will not order from here again.

ZERO STARS The WORST subway ever!! They are never open and when they are open the service and food are TERRIBLE! The manager Nikki is beyond terrible when I called to ask if they were going to open at 10 AM like the updated hours say and was so rude on the phone and hung up on me. When I called back to ask why they think this is on to treat people this way and the manger made someone else take the phone who refused to give me her name.I also asked to speak to David and they told me no he is never there.

Worst Subway Ever! Ordered online only to watch them make the food when I arrived at the pickup time. Got laughed at when they told me they no longer carry items I had already paid for with no apology, price reduction, or substitution offered. Had to eat my "sandwich" with a fork because it fell to pieces.
