The workers were rude and didn’t have name tags on. The barely put ANY veggies on my sandwich so I had to ask for more a few times. Each time I asked the worker got more of an attitude. the lid wouldn’t go on my drink so I struggled a lot then I asked for napkins because there wasn’t any stocked. They told me to use the paper towel in the bathroom which I did and they came around the counter and yelled at me and my friends for being “too loud” in the bathroom when all we did was grab the paper towel. They seem very upset and stingy with the veggies, not a good experience.

Workers are very rude and unprofessional. We asked for napkins because they weren’t stocked out front we were told to use the bathroom paper towels which already felt unsanitary and lazy of them because all they needed to do was restock them. when we went to the bathroom to use the paper towel we were literally yelled at for “being too loud”. sandwich was also skimpy they put barely any veggies I had to ask for more 3 times and they had an attitude about it. The workers names weren’t on their name tags so we didn’t even get their names but it was two women.

I chose to eat at Subway, I like the sandwiches. This time I went it seemed like they made the sandwiches with leftovers. Everything was running out, I had to change several times, even the onions weren't enough, practically my sandwich was made with what they had... and at full price, I made a bad choice today!!!!

Guy was on his AirPods talking on the phone the whole time, not very friendly, when he did say something he mumbled and I could barely understand him. Felt like I was an inconvenience for wanting to buy a sub👎🏻

SANNA WAS AMAZING! I STOPPED IN LATE NIGHT! AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!! IT WAS THE EVENING SO THEY WERE OUT OF A FEW THINGS BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! I HAD VERY LONG DAY! SANNA MADE MY ENTIRE NIGHT! THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE STORE HERE IN GRAND RAPIDS MI!

Perhaps the owners should sell if they can't find any people willing to work.
First of all. Ghetttooooo. Trashy. Dirty is an understatement. Girl talked on her ear piece the whole time well attempting to make sandwiches mess them up, they were out of many toppings or so they said but I think it was really just the staff being lazy and not wanting to restock and then the lady at the cash register was coughing up a lung and wasn't even covering her mouth or anything else needless to say the bathroom toilet had a pile of poop in it and there was trash everywhere. What a great experience. Do not ever go here there is another one a mile away.
Manager is rude to her employee been sitting here eating and she's left the fairly new employee by herself while she was out on her second smoke break since we've been here.
I placed an online order a couple of weeks ago. Once I arrived, my order was missing a pizza. I was instructed to go through the customer service on the app. I never received an email back or a refund. Their online refund protocol is worthless.
I don’t come to this subway often but maybe every once in a blue moon. It never fails there’s almost always something wrong with something I ordered. My dad went to pick up our food, I ordered the turkey bacon avocado ranch wrap. He gets back home and I take a couple bites only to realize there’s no avocado or bacon and he’s been charged for it. I called up there twice with no answer. So I drive up there with my wrap (that’s not even an actual wrap they were out and had to substitute the wrap part) and to be fair the lady behind the counter didn’t take our order originally. I explain what I had gotten and what was missing. She re-made it no problem and I was on my way.

Ordered my food online and waited until it said it was ready for pickup. I go in and the lady said “sorry we don’t have the stuff for your sub.” I asked for a refund and she said “you’ll have to do that through the app.” I asked her to make something else and she refused. I went back to saying “I want a refund” and she basically said no. I tried doing it through the app and it told me to contact the store. I tried calling them 5+ times but they refuse to answer. Will never go back here (except to get my refund) and I will get that!

I have dealt with a lot of subways I was an area manager and a multi-store manager for over 20 yrs even worked for this company when they first took over.. and I have to say the only thing that hasn’t changed about this store.. Is their opener Cassi she is by far (hands down) the only one (thing) that is keeping ppl coming back. She is professional fast and friendly and always makes a beautiful sandwich a lot of us don’t even have to tell her what we want she already knows because she pays attention to her customers. As long as u have her u will always get my business! Kudos to her!
