We went here today, and the kid named Spider Man on his tag, was amazing! I have been to subway many times in my 44 years of life l, but I have never had such great service and love put into someone making my sub until today. I don't know if it was how great his customer service was or the care he put into actually making a good sub for us, but it was the best sub we have ever had. He was so amazing that we ended up tipping $5 more before we left. I highly recommend :)
SANNA WAS AMAZING! I STOPPED IN LATE NIGHT! AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!! IT WAS THE EVENING SO THEY WERE OUT OF A FEW THINGS BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! I HAD VERY LONG DAY! SANNA MADE MY ENTIRE NIGHT! THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE STORE HERE IN GRAND RAPIDS MI!
I have dealt with a lot of subways I was an area manager and a multi-store manager for over 20 yrs even worked for this company when they first took over.. and I have to say the only thing that hasn’t changed about this store.. Is their opener Cassi she is by far (hands down) the only one (thing) that is keeping ppl coming back. She is professional fast and friendly and always makes a beautiful sandwich a lot of us don’t even have to tell her what we want she already knows...
