They have a drive thru and I have tried using it many times, Half of the time you will sit there with no response at the microphone for at-least 3-4 minutes, this last time I went inside to see if there were busy or something there was one person eating and nobody in line and asked if the drive thru was open the guy just blank stared me and said drive thru, idk and I hear two employees just talking and hanging out in the back. The no response drive thru has happened like 5 times out of maybe 10 trys. Food is usually ok, the service is awful.

Visited this location today (11/12/25 ) location for the second time. I was treated very poorly by employees . I walked in stood at the counter two employees where standing talking I didn’t want to interrupt so I just stood there waiting to be helped . No one said may help you etc.Another customer walked up and was greeted right away . So I said to myself I guest I’m not standing here . And proceeded to wait . I was then told by the employee it looked like you have mobile order that’s why I wasn’t greeted or asked for help . She then proceed to talk very nasty to me and then to be condescending told me to have blessed day repeatedly . I asked why was she being so rude and she just threw the sandwich at me and told me to have a blessed day . I’m very professional and I work in the area so I just left . I frequent a lot restaurants in this area and I have never been so disrespected and degraded as human being . I’ll never visit subway again after how she treated me , After I didn’t have the appetite to eat something made by a young lady so rude and nasty . IF YOUR A BLACK AMERICAN IN THIS AREA PLEAS DON’t VISIT THIS LOCATION THIS IS MY SECOND time BEING TREATED POORLY. NEVER AGAIN !

WORST experience ever and final straw. The female worker that is there all the time is always passive aggressive to the customers. Coincidentally her name tag 'name' is wiped off always. Yelling to the customer in line to be patient we only have X-amount of workers. She has done this every time I have gone. She then called someone out for their head movements and to be patient. The food is always old looking and not fresh and customer service is consistently awful. I have yet to have a good experience here. I will never go back. This no name tag female worker needs MAJOR customer service training.

My coworkers and I loved this location for great service and employee Shelley knows understand customers service and knows position control of food. Her warm personality keep us coming back to see Shelley again.

This location has the best management in the past I would go and the employees acted like they hated their jobs under this new guy they act as if they want to be there. He is Always friendly and consistent!!!

It's very rare these days to get good customer service. So, today when I went to this Subway to get lunch and received it... I had to share. All the ladies working were so friendly! I appreciate it this day and age when people aren't so nice. Great experience and I will be back. Thank you!

Afternoon female manager was absolutely disrespectful for no reason whatsoever, seemed like she was on drugs definitely something off about her she got even more mad when I threatened to call corporate and demanded a refund. take your business elsewhere if you want to be respected.

I have been to this Subway many times in the past. However, yesterday 4/10, I came by in the evening to get a sub for my son. The two employees were having a loud conversation in the back, and one of them peered out at me 3 different times, and did not acknowledge me nor the person behind me in line at all, despite looking right at us. After waiting for several minutes, I left and went to Taco Johns, which was delicious by the way. I think I'll just find another Subway to go to next time.
