Manager Lady @ 3983 28th St location….is rude…hung up “matter-of-factly” WITHOUT SAYING HER NAME FOR MY RECORDS…this place was HIGHWAY ROBBERY…they charged $6 for extra cheese stating that they put 12 pieces on it….LIE…they cut their provolone slices in half…so essentially 4 additional slices…..SIX DOLLARS….i can buy it cheaper at the store…when she hung up…i had more questions and called back….OF COURSE NO ANSWER (5x call back over an hour when the first call I specifically asked if they were busy)….WHAT A POOR EXAMPLE OF MANAGEMENT…AND A C O W A R D L Y WAY OUT….DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY….i WILL NOT SETTLE WITHOUT CORPORATE REPRESENTATION ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE….I AM FUMING

The woman working around 7pm yesterday was really really rude, and had an attitude. I will not be going there again because they should treat everyone with respect and kindness. I couldn’t tell if the sub was good cause of how she ruined my mood.

I stopped by Subway today for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff greeted me with smiles the moment I walked in. My sandwich artist took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and the right amount of sauce.

You could tell all the ingredients were fresh; the tomatoes were crisp, the lettuce was bright, and the bread smelled amazing. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was quick even during the lunch rush, and the employees seemed to take real pride in their work. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay a little longer.

All in all, this Subway exceeded my expectations. It’s clear the team here cares about quality and customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We recently used Subway's catering service for an event celebrating my daughter’s 10-year work anniversary with LLS, and it was a fantastic choice! We ordered a couple of trays for everyone to enjoy before her Light the Night event, and I can't say enough good things about it.

The ordering process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When the trays arrived, they were beautifully arranged and packed with a variety of delicious subs.

Everyone at the event loved the sandwiches—they were fresh, tasty, and perfect for a quick bite. Subway really helped make our celebration special. I highly recommend their catering service for any event!

My sub and service was good, but my fountain Sprite was disgusting and undrinkable. Idk if the taste is from a dirty machine or if it's their water. (Also the music inside is really loud but I am sensory sensitive so it might just be me)

Place is about 3 dollars more then all the other subways. Also they charge Extra for certain sandwiches if you have a coupon! No other subways have ever done this!

I visited your location today and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your workers, Sam. From the start of my order, she had an attitude for no reason.

I ordered a tuna sub and specifically asked for the bread to be toasted with cheese. Since the meat area is covered by the mirror glass, I couldn’t see what she was doing, and she had already started putting tuna before I could confirm. For the cheese, she spoke while looking down, and I didn’t hear her clearly. Instead of politely repeating herself, she loudly yelled, “WHAT CHEESE?” as if I didn’t understand English.

I want to be clear: I speak English perfectly fine, and I have even worked at Subway before, so I know how the process works. Her tone and behavior came across as not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. Just because I am a person of color does not give anyone the right to speak to me in that manner—especially when I am a paying customer.

Just paid 40$ for 2 subs and they still cheap on the toppings . These prices are out of hand and these store are price gouging. Subs don’t cost $15-20 even with inflation , especially when you’re getting a subpar sub with subpar ingredients
