Picked up two Subway pizzas and a chicken bacon ranch sub(warm) Only to find when I got home that the subway pizzas were still frozen in the middle and the chicken was freezing cold on my sub.

I walked in and no one was in there except the two workers. They both looked at each other like I wasn't supposed to be there. Finally the gentleman did come up and help me. The woman cleaning the station was just rude. Verbatim said "I'm tired of dealing with customers today." The young man tried to de-escalate the situation and was extremely nice to me. I wasn't able to catch her name because I didn't want any confrontation, but I'm pretty sure it's the same lady everyone else is complaining about in other reviews. 86 her and get people in there that actually want to do their job. It costs nothing to be nice.

Your supposed to be GM she says has the worst attitude from walking in the door to walking out she was just a nasty human and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her if your wondering why people do show up to work look at Amanda and then you will see why she needs some retraining for sure should never have someone like her working with the public

Does not open when they are supposed to. Worker just looked at me when I arrived door was locked and it’s 8:21 they were supposed to open at 8:00am.
Employees were almost the worst I’ve ever seen; rude, unhelpful, and dirty. The store looked as it hasn’t been cleaned in a week and smelled of rotting meat. Decided to walk out after one of the employees said under her breath a not very nice remark about getting 2 subs. This was at the 28th street location in Cascade, so steer clear.

Order was messed up and sandwich not packaged correctly so I picked up the bag and sandwich fell on floor. Employee gave me a card for free 6” sub - brought the card back a couple weeks later and same employee who gave me the card said they don’t take them.

Food was great and exactly what I wanted, but "the owner is too cheap and does not accept coupons". 2 Footlongs for $12.99 became a $23.79 order. The location on Cascade Rd. is better.
Stopped here on our way out of Grand Rapids Airport. The people behind the counter were very friendly. Doubled checked with amounts, "did we want more or less?" and went out of the way to make sure our sandwiches didn't get mixed up. Very good food!

Workers are very nice but owner is too cheap to honor subway coupons. All other locations accept coupons with no issue.
Stopped in to have grab a sub while waiting for my tire to be repaired at Subaru. The Tuna was fresh! Everything else was fresh too!
