Stopped here on our way out of Grand Rapids Airport. The people behind the counter were very friendly. Doubled checked with amounts, "did we want more or less?" and went out of the way to make sure our sandwiches didn't get mixed up. Very good food!

I highly do not recommend this location. I've gone here multiple times with my husband. Every time has been horrible; the lack of customer service and food quality. Not to mention there has been times I've seen little kids in the back (toddlers?). No way is that safe to the children nor is it sanitary to the food. Please do better Subway.
Nobody seems to use their online ordering system, and I use it all the time. No waiting in line. I pick up here all the time as it is the easiest, fastest, and cheapest lunch around. Do not hesitate to go here as the staff are very personable, and the entire place is always clean. Best Subway in Grand Rapids.

This is probably the best Subway there is for miles. Always clean work stations, as well as the restaurant being clean. Workers are friendly and efficient. At the end of the day it's just making sandwiches but this is one of these few locations that at least tries to make it look good too.

I was running from a 6 footed monkey and some nice young man gave me a free footlong that was overcooked so i could slap it into next tuesday!

Sandwiches were not properly wrapped, made a mess everywhere. Employees were extremely rude to my husband. When he asked to order a second sandwich the employee just gave him a dirty look and continued to the next people.
