Maybe I’m an impatient person, but I find it frustrating when I place an order on the app an hour ahead of time so I can have time on my way to work and it’s not done when I arrive. Person after person arrives and they keep making their sandwiches as I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes past when the order was set to be done. I’m normally not too critical because I respect hard working and especially overworked employees but there were 4 staff just having a good time talking and taking their time.

Ariana has amazing interpersonal skills, handles the pressure of a huge line with ease, and cares about her customers. She pays great attention to detail, and makes sure everyone is happy before they leave! She’s truly a rare find, as a devoted worker in the food industry! This location needs to appreciate her!

We drove across town to this Subway only to be rudely told they were “online orders only” due to staffing, even though the doors were open and the sign was on. The employee suggested we order online and pay extra fees for delivery—while standing in the store! We left and went to Jimmy John’s instead, where five friendly staff served us right away. The difference was night and day.

Came in to get a person pizza, the lady with dark hair who made my pizza was EXTREMELY friendly and I had an extremely pleasant time getting my order and having a conversation with her while waiting for my food to cook. NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN FOOD SERVICE!! Sorry I didn’t catch your name!!

Prices have slightly went up and the names have changed for the sandwiches but you know this if you're at Subway. This location is clean fast and efficient

Slow service, under staffed every evening visit I've made. Staff seems to be overworked causing unhappy rude employees. I don't blame the counter staffing, I blame the poor management and greedy owner who seems to care less about the customer service and more about making every penny they can.
