Slow service, under staffed every evening visit I've made. Staff seems to be overworked causing unhappy rude employees. I don't blame the counter staffing, I blame the poor management and greedy owner who seems to care less about the customer service and more about making every penny they can.

Easily the worst subway I've been to. I go twice a week, but I'm done. The service is absolutely terrible. Workers are often hanging out with friends and family in the lobby during rush hours. Attitude is awful. If I wanted to spend 30 minutes standing in line and being treated like garbage, I'd go to the landfill.

This has to be the worst subway ever, manager just sitting there literally watching one employee getting swamp with customers for over 30 mins while customers sit and wait! 10/26/24 approx 2pm

Perhaps the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had short of actively being insulted. Staff was sloppy, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Store front is about as ragtag, tattered and unkept as the staff. Will not be returning.
