I'm not sure if there are new owners or what, but it's only the same 2 people working each time I go in and they totally skimp on the veggies and sauces. The subs used to be so good...like a salad with my bread and protein. Not anymore. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because everyone has off days, but 3 times in row? I hope they read this and react accordingly.

This place is pathetic. I’m doubtful it is possible to hire employees that could work at a slower pace. Stood in line for 20 min with one person in front of me. It took the sandwich artist 15 min to make his bmt. Alas finally my turn to order or at least I thought, the cashier then places 3 online order tickets in front of the artist he stares blankly, she then tells him to make make those before helping me. He then starts pulling out bread and starting to place meat on it as if he were mimicking a sloth. I just couldn’t take it had to leave knowing I was destined for another 30 minute wait. How is it that an online order comes before the customer standing in front of you!!

Walked in, was ignored and they made an online call order directly in front of me AFTER I got there. No greeting, no service, won’t be dining here again and will advise others to do the same.

This subway has the worst service. The employees talking about how they just want want to leave and they don’t help the line out when it’s busy. Very very slow service for this reason.

This place is a Joke. Workers are absolutely lifeless. No welcome, just "what kind of bread" after I waited 15 minutes for the one other person in the store to get their sandwich. 'Benny' moves at a pace of about 3 pepperonis and hour while the little Afro girl is one FaceTime with her friends all while the line grows longer and longer. She did not change her gloves after playing on her phone so decided to skip veggies and just get out of there. Also, no music in the subway? You're kidding me. Guy at the end was friendly but don't expect a tip when 2/3 of you were about as useful as the random "NOW" sign hanging neck level at the line entrance. Give these people some training and incentive to get their stuff together. This is a lack of proper management to begin with. Sandwich was good but the inside of this place is a disgrace.

Placed an order at 7:00 online to get the BOGO50 deal, said the order would be done at 7:15. Watched 10 customers walk in after I placed my order, and they all were helped before me. Then at 7:15 they marked down that my order was complete when they hadn't even started it yet. This is a very greasy restaurant and they gave me and attitude when they handed me my food. Terrible service, if your going to be slow, at least attempt to be friendly.
