Worker was very kind but we ordered ahead of time and our food still wasnt ready until 30 mins after we got there. The lady was nice but I'll probably choose a different subway next time

Meh, staff is friendly. But Subway overall is just not a good value. The food quality is poor (mainly the meat and eggs) and the price for the food has risen faster than inflation. At current prices lunch buffets at local resturants become a better value play. Subway is a good value at $5 footlongs on all subs, but those days are gone and most likely never coming back.

I had ordered on the mobile app and apparently it took a few minutes to reach the store. I was happy to wait but when I asked about it, the person waiting was immensely rude. I don't expect everyone to be all sunshine and rainbows but there was no reason for this lady to be so damn snippy.
