I feel that all the Subways in the area were bought by one group and they are purposely running them out of business.

Considering all the rest of the one star reviews this won’t be anything new but here it is. Inability to follow simple instructions or even care must be acceptable here. If you’re into eating hard bread with some meat and maybe 50% of what you asked for this is the place for you. Interesting way to run a business with work ethic like this going on.

Best subway in the GR area. I go out of my way to come to this specific Subway almost daily for lunch. Great staff, good subs
My wife and I went in about 2 hours before closing. Both workers seemed annoyed that we came in. There was no one else in the building. Customer service is neither of the young ladies that were workings strong suit to say the least.

I don't think the girls working here speak American. She's preparing the food like she's defusing a bomb, she's slow, she's thinking, a little unsure of herself. Also there must be a lettuce shortage in American, she put a few little shreds of lettuce on, I said more lettuce, a few more shreds, had to tell her three times and finally had to go into my man voice to get her focused. Finally got that sandwich made and I felt as if we just built a two story house . Oh and the price for this simple but complicated sandwich was ridiculous, this place is off the list !

Restaurant was dirty. The employees are not required to wear hairnets. Produce was wilted/soggy. Will not be returning. Don't waste your time or money.

Used to be a great location with fast and accurate service. Now unless you go at the right time on the right day , service is poor at best. Waited in line for 20mins today and barely made it 2 ft in line before leaving. Ended up at the other subway several miles away. Unfortunate how far the Leonard subway has fallen in service standards.
I walked in, the girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me, she just kept making online orders. I was literally the only customer there. I ended up walking out after about 5 minutes. I won’t be going back here.

This location is dirty. They do not turn on the AC so when you enter this location it is very hot inside not sure how employees work with it being so hot. You walk in and they ignore you. 3 times now I have gotten hard bread. DO BETTER! Give your customers and employees so cool air to breath!
