Subway is great they let you have custom sandwiches and provide chips. You can order for contactless pickup or go through the drive thru.
So slow! Staff wasn't nice either. Wouldn't recommend
Merri Jo is the rudest, most condescending employee at this sub shop. If you walk in and see this old lady behind the counter dont even bother getting in line! I went in with my husband, our 2 sons and we were planning on spending about $40 in this shop. Its our go to spot in Cheshire and we look forward to their excellent customer service along with their soups always hot and fresh, never diluted like other Subways tend to do... Well, I walk in to place our order like we always do (except most times we place it online and walk in to pick it up) and Merri Jo rolls her eyes at me and says she refuses to make the Subway kids meals with herb and cheese bread. I look at her completely stunned as she is staring me down with this evil look on her face... I look at my husband who comes in to get our orders often and he cannot believe he just heard her tell me no and she would only use wheat bread despite me reauesting the herb and cheese... She starts telling us that Subway never lets their customers customize their bread for their subway kids meals and she is refusing. I say to her "look maybe you are new here but we come here often and every order we have placed they let us choose bread. I go to show her the online ordering website for her location that clearly shows the bread for the kids meals being "customizable" then I go to show her the past 20 meal orders I've placed for her subway location and that the bread has always been customized to herb and cheese... She has the nerve to tell me that her Subway is in no way attached to or affiliated with the online ordering website and that she will not be making them the way I order them even if I were to place the order online instead of in person. I request the managers info and district managers info as I could not believe she was being so rude to me and Merri Jo tells me she is filling in for the manager that day and because of that she refused to give me their information to send a complaint in about her behavior and refusal to do her job correctly. I had to go all the way up to corporate level ti report her and low and behold I was correct and Merri Jo was wrong for refusing to customize these subs for us. So Merri Jo lost out on a $40 sale and us as customers because I will now be taking my business to another location. Its sad when one grumpy old lady has to ruin a families sub experience. Potential customers be warned and I'd go elsewhere if you walk in and see an old lady with short hair behind the counter. She is absolutely horrible as far as customer service goes. Save your money and go elsewhere if you walk in and see Merri Jo.
Was given wonderful service, treated kindly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.
My 2nd favorite sub sandwich restaurant since Jimmy John's.
Always receive phenomenal service when visiting this location. However the understaffing is borderline ridiculous. I've never seen more than one employee during the evening shift, often with a line to the door. Regardless of the stressful situation they are obviously under, each customer is greeted with a warm greeting and welcoming smile.
Since this place fired an employee for cleaning and closing down to clean I refuse to go there. Shame, shame, shame.
Prices are higher at this Subway than most. Paid over 10 dollars for a foot long. The kid working was by himself but friendly.
The foods alright but its eh when the employee mark makes the food when hes waiting for your sub to toast hes focused on talking about how he would rather incinerate the new cookie bags idk I dont enjoy mark please make him shave his ugly gotee

I was just at this location and there was only one person working, and she handled the small rush like a champ! I work in the service industry and understand how it can feel when your by yourself. She did such a great job and didn't show any frustration.
Only one employee working during dinner time. Extremely long line. Not courteous to customers. I left after 20 minute wait and went to Jimmy John's. Update.... Came back on Sunday April 14 at 5:30pm one worker working. Ridiculous.... Back to Jimmy Johns. I would give less than a 1 star but not possible.
Love being able to create a sub as I see fit and the employees are always eager to help.
The sandwich artist is so good! Very nice & makes awesome subs!
