I came 15 mins before closing, not something Id do intentionally especially knowing employees are ready to shut downand go home, but the staff tonight was friendly and very accommodating to each customer before and after me. They work well together and appreciate them servicing us because we could've easily been turned away

I placed and paid for an order online. When I went to pick up my order the location was closed even though according to posted hrs it should have been open. I’ve called the location several times, visited the location and corresponded with someone through email and they have yet to refund my money.

Hadn't been in years. Had a giant size bacon ranch chicken something, was on point. Definitely be back. Great job updating menu, was tired with it why I quit going. Growing up it was a rite in my family to work at subway. I did 1 years in 1990. Second job, was fun.

The food is good but the service is always terrible. It's apparently okay these days to get frustrated with customers when they can't hear you and don't know what bread they want when it's not posted. The employees are rude here.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at subway. Starting off the young lady serving us (red hair) had no name tag and also had ear buds in. On top of that their door was locked so we had to use an alternate entrance. Then while she was making our sub she dropped the tool used to transfer my sub on the floor, and then used it to toast it! I asked her to replace it and she argued with me! She had no enthusiasm. Never going to this location again.

I’ve gone to this Subway for years and have rarely had problems until recently. We placed an order online yesterday and it said it would be ready by 8 PM. After I had been waiting for several minutes after that, an employee asked if I was waiting for an online order. I showed her the confirmation email with all the details but they just said they never got it. They said the app should say it was cancelled but it did not. She just repeated that they never got it. They never even offered to make it! Very disappointed especially since they’re usually great. I can understand that mistakes happen with online ordering (have worked in food service myself) but the fact that they took zero responsibility and never offered to make it was astounding. Won’t be returning any time soon.

The person who helped me was upset because I simply don't speak English. terrible service. I left without eating because this person served in an almost racist way. Even he responded to me as if I were the problem. african american older woman. 0 respect for the customer.

Morning shift is an absolute joke. The so called “manager” ALWAYS has a bad attitude and I come in 3-4 times every week so not a one time occurrence. I found mold in my food(only in the morning), the service takes forever, favoritism is very obvious in this store, they talk back for asking simple question. An absolute joke. Go in the afternoon!!! Imani and Lucas are the best employees this company has. Always willing to help, always has a good attitude, quick service, answers any questions, shows you how to do online orders, clean store and they’re always working. These two deserve a raise!!

Vegetarian options: You can get any sub without meat, have lots of veggie options. You can get a veggie sub or a salad

I hope whoever was working tonight and made our subs (about 8:45pm 4/4/24) gets a billion dollar raise because these are the BEST subs I've ever had at a subway!!!! 1000000/10! Food was picturesque but also tastes amazing and not messy/wet like it always is other locations (veggie sub). Subway corporate give the entire staff a raise!

This is the first time in a long time, I have walked into this subway specifically and enjoyed my experience. Both the Assistant Manager Corrinne and Imani was very friendly and professionally. Corinne took the time to stop what she was doing in the back and assist her staff, as well as check me out so I can pay and go. Fast and friendly customer service finally! Love it and will back again!!!
