I hope whoever was working tonight and made our subs (about 8:45pm 4/4/24) gets a billion dollar raise because these are the BEST subs I've ever had at a subway!!!! 1000000/10! Food was picturesque but also tastes amazing and not messy/wet like it always is other locations (veggie sub). Subway corporate give the entire staff a raise!

This is the first time in a long time, I have walked into this subway specifically and enjoyed my experience. Both the Assistant Manager Corrinne and Imani was very friendly and professionally. Corinne took the time to stop what she was doing in the back and assist her staff, as well as check me out so I can pay and go. Fast and friendly customer service finally! Love it and will back again!!!

I hit this Subway 3+ times a week for lunch and am always satisfied. The staff is nice and usually in good spirits. I have not had a bad experience here yet. I often get Tia there and she makes near perfect sandwiches, is always kind, polite and attentive to customers and also shares a nice smile with us. She also always reminds me of my rewards and asks if I want to use them every single time I check out which is cool. Thumbs up!

Honestly this subway is a mess. They're not structured or have any kind of flow. They're all over. They messed up everyone in lines sandwiches because they all kept switching stations and HAD ZERO FLOW. They were also more concerned about talking amongst each other as opposed to actually hearing what the customers were saying. And then when they ask customers what they would want they would say it in like a rude tone like we were there interrupting them. The other subway is nicer and close.by and has a drive though with a great team !
Terrible experience. I've been going there a long time and this was the worst we've ever had. My grandma was in to pickup food. They were busy but already had a terrible attitude. Then they added lettuce to my sandwich by mistake and refused to try and remove it. And then they refused to use her buy one get one coupon saying they don't take then when I have used them many times in the past. When my grandma only wanted to then purchase one sandwich, the got super aggressive with her until she relented. She will never go back there again and I am embarrassed that I recommended the place.

They were not supposed to close until 11pm. We got there at 9:45pm after a volleyball tournament. Stood there for about 10 minutes he got our bread out and someone from the back said no more orders all of a sudden. The worker said sorry we're not taking any more orders. I said online says you close at 11 and so does the door. He replies with sorry, not sorry. Lol. What a joke. Nice service Subway.
