Restaurant Week 2025, day 1!

First stop - Sundance Grill and Bar, 7:30 in the morning on a Friday? Hell yes!

Chef Coach made an awesome salad with strawberriws and raspberry vinaigrette, and an amazing chicken and rice stuffed bell pepper dish. I'm not a culinary expert, so I couldn't tell you it was a flame-roasted bell pepper with marinated grilled chicken, tomato, cilantro-lime rice, and roasted red pepper crema...but I can tell...

Great place to catch up breakfast, with several unique breakfast options. I had the chorizo and bacon tacos that were amazing. The server was excellent and friendly and had great menu knowledge. Nice atmosphere as well, excellent place to eat.

This is an awesome tex mex spot for breakfast and if you are a fan of savory breakfast I highly recommend checking them out. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I got the avocado toast and my fiancé got the chorizo biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent and I plan to return next time we are in Grand Rapids. Their cinnamon roll is VERY large and we ended up eating it for 2 days of breakfast afterwards, so be warned! Highly recommended.
