We've been to the Cascade location before and had ok service but today (Mother's Day) we chose the Ottawa location. It wasn't SO busy that our table of 6 would take them 2 HOURS to serve us breakfast. Omelettes aren't that hard to make. My son who's a chef at another establishment had to take his in a to go box! When we did get our food it looked like it had been sitting under heating lamps for a while.
My burger came out barely cooked, french toast came out burnt. Bacon was raw, not good at all.
