Order was lossed and after ordering in person we were not told they ran out of what we ordered. Somehow ended up paying for fried mushrooms In advance given onion rings as substitute. Price difference not reimbursed. The sub philly roast beef had some lame cheese wiz or something instead of cheese and was terrible. One star way too generous

I've had a couple beers and this is still some of the worst food I've ordered. The fries are so soggy, they must be trying to make them like that. There's not a lot of places in GR that offer poutine, but this is 100% not the place to get it. Seems like the gravy is the kind you get in a jar and the cheese curds might actually just be mozzarella sticks cut into chunks. The real saving grace here was their hotdogs. Those were really great. Little weird that a pizzeria is that good at making hot dogs but they were bomb. Can't complain there.
The employees are nice, but the food always comes out very slowly. I often pick up orders from this place for GrubHub or ubereats, and I always know to shut everything down in my car and be ready to wait awhile every time. That rule has never failed me here! And by the way I do have years of experience as a pizza cook, I know how it works. If you get busy, that's fine but this has happened every time I come here, and all different nights of the week, there's really no excuse for that. You've been looking for a pizza cook for 6 months or more? That's odd, because I've been picking up from you guys for quite some time now, it's always the same situation. I was nice enough to give you three stars dude, you don't need to be publicly giving me an attitude because I said your service is slow.

This is the best pizza in Grand Rapids! Super cheesy, buttery crusts, and this place offers great rewards for loyal customers. They also serve delicious poutine. Swanky's pizza is a must.

Didn't know if I wanted to give this place a try, read the review replies laughed hysterically and gave it a try for that reason. Great food enjoyed it more then Jackie moon enjoyed winning the flint Michigan mega bowl.

Don't listen to any of the negative reviews, but rather read Swanky's responses because they're hilarious. The place is awesome. I got chicken wings and waffles and they were genuinely some of the best wings and waffles I've had in a long time. I'm from New York, we know good pizza places. This is a great pizza place and the overall vibe of it is dope. Check it out (especially the chicken wings and waffles). Also, the service was really good too. Ham was super friendly and helpful, and he came out to ask how the food was.

I am a big fan of their pizza. It's that traditional stuff that's a little bit thick and their sauce is awesome. The cheesy bread sticks and salads aren't bad either and I have yet to try their poutine but it's on my list. Would definitely recommend!
