Great spot for the kids. We like grabbing it, and then walking around downtown or along the river.What they have tastes great, but only three stars because:1. They removed the chunked cookie dough topping2. Flavor options are very limited compared to other similar places3. It’s a little pricey for what you get

Every single time I come to this place, I've never had a problem with the staff nor with the icecream machines and when I do have a issue, the staff are usually understanding and are very friendly.

Quite a bit of disappointment for my first time... I visited on 5/29 & my ice cream was a bit softer than it should have been. My daughter's chocolate & strawberry were both a bit runny. My other daughter's vanilla was also runny.A few of the toppings seemed stale / harder than they should have been... Especially the malt balls.That aside, the store was very clean & well kept, so was the bathroom. Employees were courteous & prices are decent.

I brought my wife and youngest daughter and they were thoroughly happy with what they got. Only downfall is parking but a walk through downtown isnt to bad neither.

What a fun place to visit. If youre not familiar with Sweet Yos you may not know how it works from price to getting your yogurt. We had to ask staff how it worked. You have several selections of yogurt flavors and then a large variety of toppings. The price is by weight which probably didn't work in our favor since we added as many things as we thought would work. Beautiful view the the skating rink from the stools at the front. Enjoyed it enough that we went twice during our weekend in Grand Rapids. Thought it was a little pricey for what we received.

first of all when I walked in the store smelled amazing, with such a variety of yogurt flavors and topping made for an amazing experience with me and my fiancee. the employees were very kind and had a very positive attitude and it really made my day. would highly recommend
