It took 1 hours to get through the drive thru. There was probably only 7 cars ahead of me. I sat waiting with my window open in the snow for 15 minutes at the speaker just waiting to tell them that I ordered through the app. It's always like this no matter what time. Always busy. Taking 5 to 10 minutes per order. Once I got to the window I waited 10 minutes. Got handed my order missing at least 3 items (2nd drink, chips, and steak fries). I asked for the drink and fries. They gave me the drink and said they didn't have the fries. If that's true why were they about to let me drive off without them without saying anything??? I didn't realize we were missing the chips till I got home.
Genuinely terrible. All the tacobells in Grand Rapids are terrible but this one is the worst. The other ones get orders wrong just as often, but none of them come close to how slow this place is.

Worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Waited 45 minutes before even getting to the speaker (there were four cars ahead of us, for context). Got to the speaker and had to wait another 20 minutes before I politely said “hello?” As I had not been given the chance to tell them that all I did was placed a mobile order and was simply here to pick it up - was rudely shut down and told “We’ll get to you when we can.” Waited another ten minutes before being told to pull up to the window. While at the window, was not greeted at all. Waited another 10 minutes before getting my now cold food. Total wait time: OVER an hour. No apologies for the wait, either. They said they were super short staffed, I counted at least six different people working in there. Doesn’t seem THAT short staffed to me. The employees were all screaming at each other inside, too. Doesn’t seem super efficient to me. This place needs to be shut down.

The Black Bean Chalupa from the Veggie Delight(?) Menu was exactly what I had anticipated... ¡Deliciosa!
My friend and I had decided to dine-in. We ordered at the kiosk and he recorded his name on the kiosk for staff to know whose name to call when our order was complete. My friend chose a seat at a booth in the clean dining area while I used the clean, stocked, women's restroom. When I was finished using the women's restroom I took a seat with my friend at our booth in the dining area. Not too long after I had sat down his named was called to retrieve our drink cups. We then each went to fill our empty, refillable drink cups that my friend had purchased. I had ordered a small diet Pepsi. My friend ordered a large Baja Blast. Due to the fact that the dining soda fountain Diet Pepsi Syrup needed to be refilled, I decided to substitute my small Diet Pepsi for Gatorade (red?) and I also chose to alert the staff (who must have been focused on prioritizing the drive-thru) of the need to refill the Diet Pepsi Syrup (it should have been obvious that I was referring to the Diet Pepsi Syrup in the dining area fountain machine as I was not in uniform, am not employed by Taco Bell, and even the cameras do show that I did not go into any employee areas of this Taco Bell on Leonard Ave NE just east of Diamond Ave, in Grand Rapids, MI on the south side of Leonard Ave. It took quite awhile for us to receive the food that my friend had ordered for us but the young female manager who had been running the drive-thru came to our booth after running someone else's order out to their vehicle and asked for the name on our order. She then went back to being the manager that she is more than qualified to be as we waited for her staff to follow her directions. We are, we left our area clean, we threw away our trash, I refilled my red Gatorade, my friend used the men's restroom, and we left. We left. Not without my having noticed a number of men and women wearing Taco Bell uniforms exiting the women's restroom including a young blonde woman who I don't think had a uniform shirt on who then sat in the dining room at a high top with some other people while the manager continued to maintain her composure at the drive-thru as the only policy compliant employee on staff as scheduled and/or as a uniform representing staff member of Taco Bell. The only reason your manager isn't receiving five stars is because she is in charge of managing her very disrespectful staff and that includes the EXTREMELY disrespectful blonde girl in the black shirt with an illegible white logo who took the party to the women's restroom and then probably destroyed the clean, neat, tidy, organized atmosphere that her HIGHLY SKILLED AND DETERMINED MANAGER is being shorted one star for.

Worst Taco Bell in the world. Half the time they don’t even give you food at the drive through because they are drowning in DoorDash orders. Completely beats the purpose of a drive thru restaurant. L Taco Bell. Not the way it used to be. What a shame.

I never thought I would live to see the day, to experience it firsthand, TBOM having fast and friendly service, no cash only sign, no reddit-worthy posts. Not only that, but our order was exact. My brother's burrito even looked like the dang picture. It even tasted better than the usual Taco Bell. The drive-thru girl deserves a raise
