It's taco bell. I'm not expecting much, but its been horrendously bad as of late. No cheese on a cheese quesadilla, cold food, consistently missing items. Drive the extra 5 miles to the alpine location.

If you want to go to a location where the new hires don’t listen while taking your order you must repeat yourself multiple times and still they ultimately get your order wrong this is the place for you. Oh and when you add onions to your burrito they charge you but don’t put them on the burrito so be prepared for that as well.

Went in again today. Once again slow service. This place everytime i come here is always slow. We waited almost a half hr for 2 burritos at 1:30 am. It should be a breaze to work at night with just the drive thro open. When we get up to the window finally, they got their music blasting so loud, im surprised they can hear whats going on outside. No recipt so cant complain to corprate.

I waited 95 minutes in total today, was told to pull around because something was wrong with my order. I waited about 30 minutes in my car for the order, and came in. The worker told me he could work on my order and I waited another 25 minutes... I didn't get a single thing I ordered, but I was so pissed off from waiting I just left. Extremely disappointed

Very poor customer service very bad food customer service paid $.80 extra for extra meat and the two burritos and extra fry and they threw the front on top of the top as management. He refused to make anything new so that’s what we get what we paid for.

they were quick and my order was correct. management was nice to me but there is one person that makes the visit unbearable everytime. even just tonight in the drive thru i asked him for a drink carrier then he rolled his eyes and slammed the door on me. i get they were busy and high stress but at least have some manners especially where you work. didnt even say a single word and i guess if i had all my food or not. over everyone is okay its just that one person thats always god awful

Gave me a hard shell taco I ask for a soft and they just stared at me no communication. He shut the glass and start talking with his coworkers and ignored me until til I left. I am disgusted with this location. I live in the neighborhood. You need to do better. Disgusting.
