Decided to go inside since Taco Bell normally screws my order up. Modified my order. My husband added his in. As I picked up my Chalupa it looked as if someone burned it, and still sent it out. My Doritos Nacho taco was literally a soft taco. As if moisture got to the taco. There was zero crunch. All four (4) of my husbands hard shell tacos were pliable. And falling apart, same as the Doritos taco. The whole order was a disaster. Not one person expedited orders or quality checked a thing. If this is the level of quality that Taco Bell will stand behind, your store seriously needs a regional GM in for retraining staff. Food is sent out that is incorrect, subpar and something I would be embarrassed to serve. Had I had any inkling that this would be this bad, I would have went to Panera. Better quality and the same amount I spent at Taco Bell.

Sometimes it's a really good experience, generally when the manager is there - and sometimes the customer service is not so good. I've never gotten bad food though.

As fast food restaurants go, Taco Bell is very good. I'm treating this rating compared to other fast food places versus all restaurants. There are only a few fast food places we will go that makes everyone happy. Taco Bell is one of them. Freddie's, Culver's are other examples for reference.
1/21/25 at 4:00pm- Got a nachos bell grande combo…. Chips were all broken in little pieces, was put together terribly. I won’t go back. Your crew needs to be re-trained and maybe care about the food they make. Poor management???

A work friend and I ordered food while on shift. I ordered a stacker that was missing the potatoes that I had added. The second stacker was supposed to have cantina chicken and tomatoes. I couldn't tell what kind of meat it was and there were also no tomatoes. The nacho cheese cups were barely full and all of the food was barely warm basically cold.

The building was clean and the kiosks were nice - the kiosks didn't have all the items on the menu but that may have been due to out of stock items.
I usually don't gripe about fast food, but this taco bell missed the mark. My order was completely wrong and missing 4 items which I made the mistake of not checking until I got home - it looked like there was a severe lack of employees which probably contributed. The food that I did get was fine, but not worth spending any money on.

In the past I have had not the best service. However this time it was great. They were fast and prompt order was accurate and good.
Normally this taco bell location is decent. Even the normal 'fuck up' was something little like a missing straw, or the freeze machine not working. Tonight I felt compelled to write something about the pathetic state of the food. Ordered a chicken cantina box, was shorted one item from the box, and the tacos that did make it were so hastily and lazily slapped together, it couldn't even qualify as a taco. It was just a tostada broken in half with cheese fried on the outside and a fingers pinch worth of ingredients. Whatever crew that was working 9:45 pm on 1/5/2025 needs a pep-talk or cycled out. This location was a normal staple in quick late night meals, and usually satisfied. Not tonight. Definitely not worth the money anymore. 25$ for sub-par food, I would rather go to TGIF across the street.

Took me along with about 5 other people 45 minutes to get food. The guy next to me told me he has been waiting for over an hour for a single order of cheesy potatoes!!!!! Like seriously this isn’t a sit down restaurant where I expect to wait, it’s tacobell people, let alone the bathrooms are disgusting I walked in and almost threw up due to a horrible musty raw sewage smell with health hazards everywhere. This tacobell needs to be inspected immediately and either shut down or completely reorganized. Very disappointed
