What is so hard to understand about no cheese in a burrito? If I'm paying for a side of guacamole, the tiny cup should be more than half full. No joke half of the cup was empty. So disappointing.

Someone stole all their napkins, I asked the lady if they had any, she gave me some bathroom paper towels. Two to be exact and when I asked for a couple more she got upset. She said we dont have many of these. NOT MY PROBLEM. I need more than 2 paper towels. For 3 people.

Your typical Taco Bell nothing special about it and the inside was about as cold and sterile as the rest of the Taco Bells. The food to me is below subpar and I'd rather go to a Qdoba or you can get a far better burrito or tacos for the exact same price and the food is a lot healthier.
The staff at this location seemed friendly enough. They were your typical apathetic unemotional teenagers working at your typical fast food restaurant where they have the attitude that they be happier doing something else somewhere else.

Here's what I WILL share... I had a bad day too, yet, I still mustered out a thank you while not being spoken to at all by the lady at the counter, voicing that my order was incorrect, and getting home to find half my food not in the bag.

The bean and cheese burritos are amazing and the price is right
The prices here are so much higher than other locations! They take forever to make your food and then if you customized it in any way, it simply won't come that way. I ordered 3 different burritos and selected on each one in the app for them to be grilled. 0 out of the 3 were grilled. This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells in the Grand Rapids area. If you really want Taco Bell, go to a different location. Your food will probably cost less and actually be accurate to what you ordered.

They did a super good job through the drive thru this last time I was there. My food was made well the drink was on point. Appreciate it for a quick bite to eat and a drink to quench my thirst 😋. Idk why one taco(CGC) is almost $7!!! Thats wild!.

after waiting in line forever and finally getting in front of the speaker to order, we sat for another 20+ minutes to be told they “aren’t taking any more orders” ????? consistently rude staff/staffing issues but communication with customers would be appreciated.

Westside GR. Taco Bell. Barely exists in the area. When it's right, it's right. Could have better service and more attention to food prep and packing. Some staff are dedicated, but barely anyone else seems to care if they make 15$ an hour , could earn a raise or career, or get fired. 😔
