At a fast food establishment I have to contact the manager to use the restroom? Never visiting this location again

I usually don't have to wait as long as I did today. I went in went to the kiosk and got some food thinking the normal 5 minutes. But I ended up waiting 30 minutes. It's a good thing my lunch break at my job is an hour long. And people that came in after me used the kiosk or up to the counter kept getting their food until the manager I'm assuming came upfront and asked for my name. I told him and got my food less than 5 minutes. Big thanks to the manager.

waited 30 minutes for a single meal order and was asked to come into the store to wait for my food, while over a half dozen new cars came to the drive thru and went. i was moved to the bottom priority, forgotten and ignored. abysmal service

I'd love to give 5 stars because this place is pretty fast with getting food out. However, I don't know what this place has against sour cream but I pay extra to get it on the side and then never receive it. This is the 4th time now. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result....won't be back

We come here a lot and usually have a great experience. This last time though, I got a cheesy roll up for my toddler (like usual), and I don't know what they did, but it burned him. I had it unwrapped for at least 5 minutes before giving it to him, and he immediately screamed when it got to his mouth. It wasn't enough to leave blisters or anything, but his mouth was still hurting him the next day. We've gotten cheesy roll ups at many locations many times, and we've never had anything like this happen.
There Mexican pizza I order 2 different times both was awful they should be ashamed of selling that trash. I1 of them was a replacement and still awful. Along with bad customer service. I will never return there they also wouldn’t give me a refund. This is ridiculous with the cost of food. Awful place to eat.

You can hear employees cursing in the kitchen all the time. Food takes forever and is constantly made wrong. Worst though, is that every night, someone in their parking lot sits and plays music on full blast. This happens almost every night leading me to believe it is with an employee or a friend or significant other of an employee. Taco Bell is great! This location, not so much.

I like this place a lot. The people are great but my food tends to lack. Since when did quesadillas get folded up into boxes. It just makes it look sloppy compared to the bag.

Staff seemed under trained. They were getting frustrated with my special order that I did online. Took over 10min to get my order. They were not careful with what they were saying with a customer in the store.
Lame and poor quality. Ladt i checked a softahell taco was NO lettuse and reftied beans. Yet all my tacos were just that. Thought "maybe they atere out of beef but my doritos goditas had beef so nope. FIX THIS! too much money to order and get dog food! 44th and clyde is 1000000% better!!!!!
