The worst tacobell I've been in. We threw our food away and went next door to wendys. When you walk in you'd think it was a funeral, no urgency at all for the customer. The Mexican pizza shell was CLEARLY over cooked (burned) and hardly any cheese. Customer service is lost and the place was a damn mess. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day long. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Well, the food taste good today. Service was sub-par, and when I opened one of my items, it looked like an absolutely dumpster fire.

The bathroom at this taco bell is absolutely disgusting. Worst of any taco bell I've been to. And now I don't trust their food either! Go to the location on northland Dr instead!

While waiting for my car oil change I was craving a delicious breakfast burrito. After ordering I was informed they were out of breakfast. My order was refunded. This turned in to a delightful experience as I had to change my order to a crunch wrap supreme which I haven’t had in years and it was bomb!

The food was good, but when the order was wrong and we asked to have it fixed, it was commented from staff on " what a waste of food!" Know what? I agree, but had you read the order correctly, neither of us would have wasted the food!! Don't blame customers for staffs mistakes! I find a different Taco Bell now!!!
Usually pretty great but sometimes this location is missing common menu items like Potato dishes. Only complaint. Otherwise, solid Taco Bell.

I’m not one to typically leave a review but I would like to give others this fair warning of: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. Save your time and money. I went in today through the drive thru and had to wait over 30 minutes. I get that stores get busy but 30 minutes? Cmon now. On top of that they completely butchered my order and gave me the complete wrong thing. It seems like it needs better management or something. Won’t be back.

Usually only get drive through but I 99/100 get exactly what I order and it always comes out in good quality

This Tacobell is the best in GR. They always get your order right and the workers are attentive and seem to enjoy their work. The food looks great, not slapped together and most of the time it tastes fresh. There was one time I had tomatoes that tasted stale and watery, but it might have been old stock last day usage. Thanks for the great service and experience Tacobell Plainfield.
