Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through with 1 car in front of me. Grilled cheese burrito was completely smushed and I got a Large Starry and it tastes like straight soda water. AND The person at the window has absolutely no manners, doesn’t say anything to you actually not have a good one nothing. That’s the least he could’ve done. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here but it’s 1000000% the last. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too

Took 20 minutes in drive thru on 11/6/25 at around 6.20 p m. Then I get home to find that the employees can’t even get a simple request right. Ordered 2 exactly the same burrito and taco supreme combos with no sour cream on either! What a waste of $20 and to top it off they don’t even give you a receipt. Must be that they don’t want feedback or don’t care enough to inquire when someone has a problem to make it right. Lousy experience that will drive a loyal guest base away. I go once a week and won’t return.

Drive through worker was very polite and great customer service - however when I got home and opened my food I was very upset. I spent 16$ for 2 tacos and they aren’t edible - I called the store and they said the crunchy taco breaks easily as it’s packaged to bag and serve through the drive through but it literally looks like someone punched it and threw it in the bag. My chalupa also has no chicken..and my nacho fries were cold. Highly upset and disappointed. They said they could offer me to come back and get a new one but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way across town and I would like a refund. Went straight to the garbage

Yes it’s Taco Bell. But honestly we have been going to this specific location for a few years now and the staff are always friendly and the food has rarely let us down. I thought it deserved a shoutout since it’s close to the highway and may be an alternative to other nearby locations

We waited over an hour for a $46 pick up order with many missing items, my friends and I arrived and went inside since the drive thru was long and they made direct eye contact with us and then ignored us and another customer who had been there far longer than I. We then decided to wait in the drive thru after 10 mins of being ignored inside. After 40 mins to get to the speaker, and another 20 to get to the window and get our food, we were missing 2 tacos, and had 3 incorrect items as well. I’ve worked in customer service and my friend that was with me works for a taco store down the street and we have never seen such a lethargic and inept staff, 2/3 cars in the drive thru ended up leaving and if I hadn’t placed an order I would’ve gone elsewhere. I’m not coming to this location again.

I used to work at a taco bell someone needs to learn how to properly wrap hardshell tacos without breaking them and wraping them too tightly as soon as I saw how they where wrapped i new the hard shell was broken inside. Also what happened to quality food control at this location? The cinnamon twists I got where uneatable. They where stale and tasted gasy which is a sign the fryer oil doesnt get changed when it should. The level of staleness tells me they where made about 2 weeks ago. Again I used to work at a taco bell. I never leave reviews unless its something that leaves me with a sour experience.

I love the other taco bell locations they seem to have it all down execpt this one for some reson after 8pm they stack up a huge line and move slow if you go in for a oder they dont even bat a eye if its due to a abuduce of orders they should cumuicate that insted of disregarded ment
