Tracy the manager who works there, is not competent, she blatantly refused to help my wife who was under a lot of pressure to get confirmation she no longer worked there, and acts big and bad for a crappy manager and an even crappier human.
She abuses employees and yells at them nonstop, she is a big headed rude snarky woman who can't even manage herself and shouldn't be in charge of anything else let alone a restaurant.
I hope making people upset is a wonderfully fulfilling hobby Tracy because that's what you do.

I usually don't have any issues with this taco bell. But tonight (9-12-25) I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and it wanted even cooked or cut into triangles like it usually comes. The cheese was not melted at all and it looks like they didn't even put it in the grill press.

Terrible location. Everything was put into my bag upside down, chips and tacos completely crushed, and the avocado salsa they gave must have been expired because it was completely oily and tasted sour.

Compared to other taco bells this stands out extraordinarily it is July 19th 2025 10:00pm no one in the drive through line and i was trying to get the app up and running to redeem points they were very chill about waiting for it to load up they told me to pull to the next window and I felt scared like I was gonna get interogated or something but no just very gentle jolly employees all standing there with a smile on their face they helped us out so much and I don't know if this was out of their hearts or something but we received free little churro bite things plus I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in for ever and holy moly I'll be back big props to the guy who had a smile on his face to help me with the app absolute hero it really stands out to me when a restaurant goes out of their way to have a smile on their face a good attitude and get the job done W night

this location STAYS stingy with the nachos, payed for extra beef just get half the amount that comes on it without paying extra, one singular small line of cheese & enough sour cream for (1) singular chip. if i wanted tortilla chips for lunch id go to meijer & buy a whole bag.

Another RAVISHING evening at Taco Bell. With deliciously yummy and speedy food, I twas in awe of the Bells specticle. I was enthralled by the perfectly constructed soft tacos. The stage was set, delicious tacos? Check. Cleanliness? Check. Great music? Check. I was blessed with the voice of Billie Joe Armstrong throughout my meal. With such a great time I shall be returning FORTHWITH with haste.
