Went to this Taco Bell after placing an online order. I was told at the drive-thru that they were out of nacho fries. I had paid extra to get a large nacho fry, but all I was offered for replacements was chips and cheese, a 2 piece cinnabon, or cinnamon twists. None of those items cost as much as the nacho fries, and the employees didn't even seem to care. I decided to get the chips and cheese, since that was the only other thing that I even remotely wanted. I got home, and saw that my order was horribly messed up. They didn't even give me the chips and cheese, they didn't give me the correct sauces or drink, and the 10 piece chicken nugget I ordered only had 7 pieces. Not the first time this Taco Bell has messed up my order, but this has been by far the worst. The service was also terrible. The employee who handed me my food didn't even say anything to me. I would suggest avoiding this taco bell at all costs. Definitely go to the Taco Bell on 10 mile over this one. This place is quickly becoming the new Michigan Street Taco Bell.

If you are a delivery driver, do not ever come to this location. It's at the boycott level at this point for how many times I have come here and they have wasted gas, mileage, and time waiting for orders. The staff in the back will never help you or have your order ready on time. I'm convinced that management has delivery orders at the very bottom of their list of priorities. I will absolutely never set foot in this Taco Bell again until they have completely revamped and rectified the abysmal wait time for delivery drivers. And if you've ever ordered delivery from this location and had cold food or never received your order, BLAME THE STORE HERE, NOT US.

It was cold inside the store, I was 1 minute late to receive my order and they threw it away, it took them 10 minutes to redo the order, then they took 10 minutes to get to my friend so he could order his food, they never gave it to him, my food was cold, hard, low on ingredients, and had weird pink and brown residue in my burrito. The manager was just sitting there while the head chef was adding crappy songs to queue. I will not be back. They also took off the animated screen for veggie mode.. total disgrace

Missing items, always very slow, and food is never fully wrapped. When I recieved my food the nacho fries were less than half full and the soft taco was completely spilled over everything. One time is understandable but this is every single time.

The building is freezing, and they are serving out of order. 4 groups that order after us got their food before us. We left after finally asking for a refund because we never got any food. Two employees were outside smoking the whole time, and the manager was rude to us as we asked for a refund. No fast food is waiting for over 30 minutes.
