Never will I ever return to this Taco Bell. The portion was out of control. They basically served me an empty shell. You could probably count the lettuce and cheese strands with the smear of meat given. You can see through my tacos.

Waited for a DoorDash order for over 30 minutes and no one ever came up to ask what we were waiting for or if we needed anything. There was also another customer waiting who never got helped. Manager kept looking at us both and never asked us if we needed anything or what we were waiting for.

I just waited in line for an hour, paid $53 and only received half of my food. The girls working wanted to get mad at me when I knocked on the window after waiting 15 minutes after payment asking what's going on. I thought it was a fair question. It sucks that this location is so close to home because it is literally THE WORST Taco Bell in West Michigan.

Been here in drive through 24 minutes. Just ordered. Most likely another 20 minutes to pay and get food, if it stays at this rate. Brought a friend who doesn't have a car or I would be so GONE!!!

Took 25 minutes to get an order that we placed on the app. After 15 minutes we had inquired. And they said it would be up shortly and they were waiting for one item. The food was on Luke warm.
Ordered a large nacho fry, got a small. Walked in to correct my order. Took 15 minutes for them to notice me. Told me that “oh sorry we’re busy I can’t fix that for you”. Couldn’t even get a refund, I get better service at my grandmas Bible study then this shitty place.

When recently getting taco bell after waiting 25 minutes because they were low staffed and only ordering 3 items there were only 6 cinnamon twists in the whole bag if you are incapable of handling the work atmosphere if your low staff then I think it may be best to just close.
