These fast food restaurants get worse BY THE DAY ! Staff is always rude. They look at you and treats you like your bothering them. The picture is from one of the burritos I ordered last night. I wish I could say that was the ONLY problem, but of course it wasn't. There was hardly any meat or sauce in the potatoe grillers. If you can't see what's in this pic, itspotatoes are BLACK ! It was absolutely disgusting 🫣 It ruined my appetite so I couldnt finish my food.

I dont know who was working the line there on 12/28/2025 when I was there around 10pm to 11pm but they need to be fired. I places my order around 10:15 and did not receive my food until 10:50. I placed my order for takeout while I was there so I was just sitting in the dining room waiting for my food. Supposedly it was done around 10:30 but none of them called out my name when the order was ready and it sat BEHIND the counter for 30 min before I finally asked what was going on and they gave it to me. I received cold, late, and wrongly made food. All they could do was look at me and say sorry. Didn't offer to remake it, didnt offer anything to fix the situation. Horrible employees and I hope something is done soon to fix this horrible staff.

11/08 Little mixed girl at the window nasty attitude rude as hell. Horrible customer service slammed window in my face. When I asked to speak to manger she wasn’t that pleasant either and didn’t address the worker in said she only works before happy hour so she didn’t know about it. If you don’t know, ask the manager. Not argue and still ring me up for regular price. And they missed items in my order. This is my first review ever! I am very upset about the situation.

I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location. The supervisor I spoke with was very kind and apologetic and offered me to come in the next day to either have it remade or get a full refund. I went in the next day and he remade my whole order with no hesitation. Great customer service.

I visited this location tonight and the manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could tell She was having a rough day before having any face to face conversation with her. I informed her that she should be more respectful and kind to paying customers and that comment triggered her. She denied my service and closed the window in my face. Her energy was so off putting her employees could feel it as well. Makes me wonder how she is truly treating her staff. I pray for her and anything she is going through

Never will I ever return to this Taco Bell. The portion was out of control. They basically served me an empty shell. You could probably count the lettuce and cheese strands with the smear of meat given. You can see through my tacos.

drive through person not very friendly at all but your specials are great love the selections. Been inside as well in past 2 weeks very nice service.
Waited for a DoorDash order for over 30 minutes and no one ever came up to ask what we were waiting for or if we needed anything. There was also another customer waiting who never got helped. Manager kept looking at us both and never asked us if we needed anything or what we were waiting for.

I just waited in line for an hour, paid $53 and only received half of my food. The girls working wanted to get mad at me when I knocked on the window after waiting 15 minutes after payment asking what's going on. I thought it was a fair question. It sucks that this location is so close to home because it is literally THE WORST Taco Bell in West Michigan.

Been here in drive through 24 minutes. Just ordered. Most likely another 20 minutes to pay and get food, if it stays at this rate. Brought a friend who doesn't have a car or I would be so GONE!!!
