If you are in the mood for good tacos, search no further. Doña Guille has opened a brick and mortar spot on Burton for the winter months. This used to be just the kitchen that supported her food truck, but now she is staying open through the winter. This is not a sit down restaurant, it is exclusively a take-out spot, however the food is legit. My wife and I ordered some tacos, some corn, and a large horchata. Doña Guille was so sweet and gave us a churro to sample. The tacos were very tasty; try the Pastor, the Cabeza, and the Tripa. Take my word for it the Tripa will really surprise you, it was my favorite taco we ate. The elote, or corn, was awesome: Corn, mayo, cheese and chili was an awesome combination. I can't wait to try more!!

Talk about authentic...this place is it. Tacos el pastor are my favorite kind of taco, but alot of places just don't do it right. This place does them perfectly with the pineapple..sopes are delicious, and a large horchata was actually large and just right

Great authenic tacos! No fancy sides or americanized versions. The barbacoa was great and tripe taco as well...crispy bits of yumminess.

Finally Real food from a good roach coach. If it's open go there magnifico. If they have barbacoa eat that it's cheek meat OMG great food open air just do it

To be honest I didn't even want to give it one star its that bad.... the customer service is horrible... the girls there look like they are picking up guys instead of showing a professionalism.... food was horrible... i feel like there was nothing put into the food it was plain nooooo flavor... n then they have a band aka hispanic banda which need singing lessons, they were horrible... I honestly don't ever write reviews but i feel like u guys shouldn't spend your money on a place that aint even wroth it... and this is for the resturant known as Tacos doña guille...

If you're looking for Authentic Mexican street food this is a place, it's a food truck set up at the corner of Burton and Clyde Park. All summer you can find them wed-sun from 3pm till 10pm or later serving up some of the best tacos in town(by taco I mean corn shell, meat of your choice, onions, and cilantro) They also have Elotes with all the toppings, fruit for desert, what more could you want? Get there and try it before winter comes, otherwise you'll have to go to Chicago for tacos this good.
