My wife and I recently visited Mexico and discovered that cactus is occasionally mixed in with foods there. Tacos El Cunado is the only place we've discovered authentic enough to do the same. This place has awesome food and fast service, and we go here often. Sometimes if you're sitting down, you may not get the most attentive service, but it's always worth while. Definitely recommend.

One of my favorite places to go for lunch. The tacos are delicious and the pricing is very reasonable. They have 2 different hot sauces to choose from. A red or green one and both of them are good but not too hot. The portions are always a healthy portion and never leave me disappointed. The shrimp is cooked just right, the steak and chicken. They have other locations and I've tried a few of them but the alpine location is my favorite. And the pickled onions are awesome! Will continue to go here for lunch.Parking: Parking is very easy and never hard to find a spot.

The worst thing to eat tacos, I ordered a chorizo taco and they gave me leftovers from the grill, the cilantro in the taco is from last day and they never brought us the drinks.

Food quality dropped off a cliff after the Department of Labor lawsuit about the owners stealing tips from the workers. Stopped in this morning for a breakfast burrito, waited 40 minutes for my order. There was no meat in my breakfast burrito that I specifically ordered bacon in.Vegetarian options: Doesn't matter if you order meat, it'll be all veg anyway

When I really want authentic Mexican food. I go here 9/10 times. I also order my Tacos Mexican style (cilantro And onion with salsa Verde or roja) they also have American style for those who like their tacos like that. The agua de horchata is really good! So if the agua de Jamaica (hibiscus). Also I would highly recommend the Camarones a la Diabla if you really like shrimp and want it to be spicy. The only downside is that it is usually pretty busy so things can be a little hectic.
