Stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago, and was not disappointed. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are fantastic! The spice levels appear to be true Thai heat instead of Americanized, which is what we were looking for. After trying a few other Thai restaurants in the area, Nu-Thai Bistro is our #1, we will definitely be back.

It took a while, but I finally got here while they were open for lunch (which seems a bit spotty). That being said, it’s a cozy place with friendly staff, and the food is great. It might be the tastiest Thai food in GR, and I was very happy with my meal. I had green curry with chicken, and it had great flavor with just enough heat. The vegetables complemented the meat, and there was plenty of herbal brightness. I also enjoyed a glass of Thai iced tea. I’d love to eat here more often, and I look forward to my next visit.

Loved the pineapple rice and Thai iced tea! They were the closest to what I’ve had in Bangkok of anywhere I’ve tried in the U.S. The crab Rangoon were savory and delicious. I wish I lived closer to come more often!

We got the Chicken Pad Thai and Pad Thai 3’s Company with Medium spice level. The spice level was perfect! The waitress was kind, and the decorations inside were nice. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming here for well over a decade. One of my favorite restaurants of all time.
I tried the curry fried rice with egg and it was absolutely delicious! Since I went for a late lunch, the place wasn’t too crowded, and the short 10–15 minute wait was actually reassuring that the food was fresh and made to order. The customer service was great, and I loved that they offer clear vegetarian options. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
