Stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago, and was not disappointed. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are fantastic! The spice levels appear to be true Thai heat instead of Americanized, which is what we were looking for. After trying a few other Thai restaurants in the area, Nu-Thai Bistro is our #1, we will definitely be back.
It took a while, but I finally got here while they were open for lunch (which seems a bit spotty). That being said, it’s a cozy place with friendly staff, and the food is great. It might be the tastiest Thai food in GR, and I was very happy with my meal. I had green curry with chicken, and it had great flavor with just enough heat. The vegetables complemented the meat, and there was plenty of herbal brightness. I also enjoyed a glass of Thai iced tea. I’d love to eat...
Loved the pineapple rice and Thai iced tea! They were the closest to what I’ve had in Bangkok of anywhere I’ve tried in the U.S. The crab Rangoon were savory and delicious. I wish I lived closer to come more often!
